I have used both quite a bit at this point. The Monocular is really impressive... I'm extremely happy with the quality and compact size and light weight
i just got mine, some how i turned on the IR, i think i had video mode, other than that, i don't know how to turn the IR on and off, would appreciate your advice. thanks.
@@jodymorrison6920 I think 100-200 yards is more than capable. If you're hunting deer you'll be good with this. But I was saying positively identify an individual... at 200 yards you'll know it's a deer
Thanks for the video, I have a few night vision ir from low to high end creative xp so far i like. For the price it works very well..
I like the quality and their customer service seems to be really good.
I will wait till you have time to check it out in the field.

Mine just came in but when I use it during the day it seems blurry like The imagine doesn’t look true. Am I doing something wrong
Try the diopter at the eye cup... in combination with the objective lens focus.
@@outerlimitless thank you. Is there a specific mode for using it during the day?
@@julyfishy392 I forget... you use the filter cap during the day I think. But check the zoom... it gets grainy the further you zoom
How many yards can you see at night with it
I'm not certain to be honest...I would say at least 100 with the ability to positively identify an individual in the dark
@@outerlimitless thanks so definitely not the 500 yards they advertise then. I am wanting to use it for deer hunting. Usually around 100 to 200 yards.

@@outerlimitless cool thanks for the info.
the monocular has far too weak IR support for outdoor use. gave mine away.
I don’t think you gave it enough of a chance or fully used it correctly……mine is fairly great
