We call the leftover fry up bubble & squeak - doesn't really make sense here either! Love your cozy vlogs!

I woke up today in the mood for curling up on my sofa in cozy clothes to read - turns out today is super sunny and 22+ degrees 😅 also I need that poetry collection simply for aesthetic reasons!!

In Danish we call it biximad, a nonsense name that means nothing. We usually add tomatoes to the potato mixture and a fried egg for sure. I love it and eat it all year round for supper. I agree with you that Autumn poetry book is gorgeous! Love your channel.

Oooh, tomatoes would be a nice addition, I'll try that next ime :D And thank you so much

Joining the chorus of people who loved the cozy vlog! There’s a tree in my neighborhood that’s already bright orange, and it’s so gorgeous! Fall is the best! I have the A Poem for Every Autumn Day, too. One of my favorites so far is the one where the woman “tried” to write a poem that didn’t rhyme (I don’t have the book at hand. Maybe day 8?) It’s just so absurd. The last line, “more or less as good as can be expected” (or close to that - as I say, I don’t have the book with me at the moment) just makes me laugh.

Aah, thank you so much! And I love when the trees turn orange, it makes me so happy! I remember that poem to, I chuckled when I read it xD

Good news. They'll do one for every season. The winter edition will be out soon (October/November) and I think there's already a cover for the spring edition :)

In the US we would call that potato dish “hash” or sometimes it’s called a “garbage plate” typically that second one is in the breakfast/ diner context. I’m in the Midwest so maybe it’s only called that in my part of the country...

Aaah, I see! Garbage plate seems like an appropriate name :P

I also just found that ASMR channel and listened to rain on an autumn window or something like that and it was very nice! Just started reading Day of the Triffids. Could either be a great or terrible choice given the world right now, we'll see!

It's great, isn't it! And I hope you like Day of the Triffids, it's weird but very good. Always interesting to read dystopians in times like these! xD

YES! I love Autumn Cozy too!! Favs: Victorian Era and Renaissance Autumn Village. I love the sound of the ringing bells in the distance. I recommend Calmed By Nature ASMR- Cozy Fall Coffee Shop is one of my favs. There's soft Jazzy music, but something about it reminds me of Gilmore Girls (which I loved!) And your moon bookmark and journal is like the runner on the table in Chamber of Secrets when Harry duels with Malfoy- go look- HA!! Makes me love the design even more...

These vlogs are some of my favorite videos that you make! In america we've got something called Hash that looks a lot like the dinner you made, which looked super yummy!

I'm reading the same poetry collection too, one in the morning and one in the evening! It's nice to have a little routine but yeah, definitely a mixed bag.

Always love your vlogs! In Icelandic we call that dish bixímatur. The name doesn't make any sense, but I think it's a Danish loan word.

Yay, I've picked up A Poem for Every Autumn Day for this season too, to read every day. Really enjoying it so far. Definitely some poems are hits more than others but the beauty of it being poems rather than something longer form like a short story is that you don't have to struggle for too long if you hit upon a poem that doesn't jive with you, haha! 😁
