Beautiful garden. Others Please consult building engineer where you can set up support for heavy troughs which will hold,grow media,water and wt of plants. Place thin concrete slabs possibly 7 to 8 ft long , 25inch wide 15 inch above the roof floor. You can build thin walls 30 inch high on2sides using pavement tiles or like wise and put THIN plaster .keep drainage holes after every foot on the side. Use 50 percent cocopeat, 20 percent organic manure, 20 Perct soil ,10 Perct V comp. Then use extra bonemeal M cake etc. This will put less wt on the roof. Hope it will help
