Schools are super important. Sometimes two sides of the same street are different attendance zones, one of them is a 5/10 GreatSchools Rating, the other is a 9/10. Is the 5/10 good enough, or conversely, is the 9/10 priced appropriately to get you the most for your money...

Just slowly biding my time until I get done with school so me and the fam can move to the DFW area. Hoping prices at least flatten out and get back to somewhat normal. 400k house in aledo for example felt like a mansion 2 years ago, now it seems like an average home at best, for that area, and that’s in the country lol. Looking at the other desirable areas (Keller, trophy, south lake, argyle etc), even up to 500k it doesn’t seem like you get that much in the current market.
