The best way to kill everyone is to gapple, jump 26 blocks, gapple again, and jump 7 more blocks. That would deal 23 damage on the first fall, and then 4 damage on the second.

You can’t lose any fights. The other player takes the damage you deal and the damage they deal, but you only take the damage they deal.
@@dr.blockcraft6633 not really. They’d take all the damage they dealt and unless Nestorio didn’t hit a single shot on any of them they’d all dies. They’d also take damage when the other people hit Nestorio so that the amount of damage he took would equal what they took except for the fact that he’s pretty good at pvp and would get multiple hits on them therefore killing them.

Divvy everyone into teams. One member on each team is a king. If the king takes damage, everyone else on their team also takes damage. Last team standing wins.
Maybe other different pieces get different starter kits, e.g.
Queen: Speed Pots, Full Diamond
Rook and Bishop (maybe you can come up with a way to differentiate): E-Pearls, Enchanted Iron
Knight: E-Pearls, Enchanted Iron
Pawn: Normal Iron
@@emstocks7271 I wouldn't give armor in a UHC, but I really like the idea of the queen having the speed effect, and the bishop having E-pearls. Maybe the knight could have jump boost? And the rook could have haste? I think pawns should just be regular UHC players - no effects, no special tools.

They would have to be lower health because the only types of damage over time that kills you are: fatal poison, wither, and hard mode poison. (fatal poison is unused but accessible with commands).
