This is fantastic, what a great live band. It sounds like if Pavement got into My Bloody Valentine. It's so 90s but could just as easily be released today. Wish there were more recordings of Drop Nineteens.
I saw them in something like 1994. Their set was weird, it was half grunge and half wall-of-noise from "Mayfield". I distinctly remember their bassist put a big bass pick in his hand, then duct-taped his entire hand shut to hold onto it so he could play his 4-note bass chords at high speed thru the whole show.
