I'm pretty sure this is what he's playing, but I think he's muting the low E string when he plays C and mutes the A string when he plays the G. :) Verse/chorus: Em7, Cadd9, G. Bridge: Am, C, D. but for the last line of the bridge where he sings "there's nothing you won't do" it's just a Cadd9, no D. Final chorus/outro: Cadd9, G, Em7

@mapleric bm-g-d-a just play the cirlce for the verse and the first chorus Bridge is Em-Bm G Em. The last chorus starts at G D A Bm. Hope it helps
