Sure it is a nice places to visit in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
For men it's paradise on earth. For women, a definite no-no.
@@zoemckinnon197 for women it’s incredible since we have private beach’s with out men.
I’m staying in Hilton jeddah and I’m looking forward ti explore the city . It’s just that I’m from Dubai n nothing looks extravagant yet . 😝 also I was disappointed not to use outdoor pool 😩 it’s only for men

Nice 🙂
I’m not Muslim so guess I can’t go …. What are you guys afraid off …. The tennants of Islam fear , lack of transparency, no debate and judgement
You can go to Jeddah. What are you talking about?
I notice that all the women in the video are covered from head to toe. Being a woman and a foreigner, I will think twice about visiting it. Besides I don't want to be fined by the religious police, called muttawa or mutaween for wearing a T-shirt and shorts.
It is their culture so you must respect it. I doubt they want an entitled Westerner to visit if he or she is just going to make ignorant statements about their culture anyway. If you are going to seethe and complain then stay home and let the rest of us enjoy their beautiful country.
@@MVTX You know what? I have been waiting for a reply such as yours. In another video by Traveling Solo Logs, a native of Riyadh fed me with misinformation. That Saudi guy wrote that his country has abolished the head-to-toe covering requirement for women, that women are allowed to travel alone without being required to be accompanied by a male relative, etc. I didn't quite believe that Saudi guy. This latest video confirms that women are required to cover themselves from head-to-toe.
Saudi women are no longer obligated to cover their face, not even their hair.. It is an individual decision and choice, and the abaya (the traditional long black dress) is no longer obligatory. What is important is to wear modest and respectful clothes (men and women).. I think you did not see that because Solo did not show them in the video out of respect for their privacy... Oh… and we no longer need male relative to do anything… and we can actually travel without a male companion or permit.. 😁 I think you need to update your information. I am a Saudi woman and I have never covered my face, even in the days of religious authority. Currently ,the religious police has no authority.
You are welcome to visit us and see by yourself.. 😊🌷
@@zoemckinnon197 what? It’s not compulsory. You can wear normal respectful clothing , why do u wanna wear shorts 🤨
Ummm
Hay quá
What?
