It's actually shocking to the rest of the league. Certainly it's good news to Cowboys opponents but extremely curious. The Jones gaslighting & spinning comments are worrisome- is he in control of his faculties? Those expectations of a grand super secret diabolical draft plan are going to be disappointed.
Jerry is the best “business” owner in NFL history . . . . . However . . . . . He is easily in the bottom 20% GMs since 1996.
It’s all about performance. He would have been fired as the GM at least 9 times since his 1996 texture start.

Jerry knows and the world knows that the SuperBowls (decades ago) were mainly, not all, down to Jimmy Johnson. They have drafted pretty well but as a GM overall and owner (there's naturally a blurring of lines) its not been as efficient as it could have been for the Cowboys, This is down to his ego. If you really want to win and be 'all in' leave your ego at the door man.
i think all-in means, doing like all the teams do: having a team, be in the free agency and be in the draft.
They had a terrible off-season and no draft capital. The championship game is farfetched at this point.

I've been a die hard Cowboys fan for 30+ years. This is the first time I've considered picking another team to root for. It has nothing to do with the players and everything to do with Jerry Jones.
Jerry has been heckled for YEARS for sticking with what many call sub-par choices, this is him forcing the players and coaches hands to say if its a joke its on you.
Maybe Jerry should call up the Rams GM for advice. They went all in and won a Super Bowl.

I have no issue with the lack of inactivity if means that the Cowboys are finally going to stop re-structuring contracts (especially Dak's) and kicking money forward... Someone should tell Jerrah that he'd have 10! 20! times! the coverage (scary) if the Cowboys actually won something. It's been so long he's probably forgotten.

He's not working on any contracts... Dak is finished- he will play out his contract and become Kirk Cousins at the end of next year.. Micah is going to ask for $30/mil/yr and only a fool would pay that- If Jerry had any sense he'd put Micah out for trade offers about 50 minutes before this year's draft. CD is the only real elite player besides Zack Martin. If the Cowboys try to keep Dak, Micah, CD ... they are going to be a gutted team.. with scrubs .. and a few overpaid guys who lose alot.
If Dallas ends up struggling this season and misses the playoffs, I can’t wait to see what they say about going all in.

The cowboys are going to reset these salaries. The league thinks all the players make too much especially the qbs. What better team to reset player salaries than richest team in sports. There’s no such thing as unlimited money or unlimited growth. They don’t like paying 20-25% of their cap to one player or 48-55% to only a few players.
