It seems he wanted to use Orcish James Bond talk to remind everyone he was a spy (pencil pusher in Dresden, but let’s not look too hard) but fucked up by using a term that could only be true if both sides agreed to let them through. And this is probably the equal most militarised border in the world, along with Korea, only people are actively shooting across this one. I have three things I would like to point out, questions to ask about this whole terror show:
1. The local Government offices are attached to this building, why didn't the gunmen move to there and cause destruction?
2. The Rosgvardia base is 5km up the road from the venue. It's a major road. Why did they take an hour to get there? and
3. How can three Battalions of freedom fighters be walking around Kursk and Belgorod oblast with impunity, and yet the four terrorists get apprehended within hours of committing their attack?

Did the moskovits really captured the attackers or just pretend to have done so and used poor hooligans (russians hooligans) to "show" the world they have captured and punished the perpetrators of the attack...We'll never know. Another interesting detail is that a major Rosguardia base is just a 5 minute drive away from Crocus City Hall. Apparently, Rosguardia had no vehicles left and had to walk this distance (3.6 km).

There's so much that doesnt smell right about that attack; the fact that the gynmen were so easily able to use military-grade weapons directly opposite the DSB building, yet the FSB too over an hour to turn up. And that after Outin ignored warnings from the west about a potential terrorist attack. I cant make up my mind whether it was and FSB false-flag attack or an actual ISIS one, but one thing I do know for sure - Ukraine had nothing to do with it. Slava Ukraini!

@@jodyfulford8215 because the US state department heard chatter of an attack being planned by ISIS and that ISIS thought Moscow was vulnerable to a large gathering soft target action like this. The US despite what stories Putin may tell, does not see the civilian population as desirable targets in war and has some obligation under UN treaty to pass along info when encountered of this sort of terrorist attack on civilians. Putin, of course, has time and again in his war with Ukraine etc seeks to inflict civilian casualties, even on his own people, if he feels it gives him an advantage or strikes fear in his enemies. He constantly violates the treaties and agreements under the UN and should have his seat on the security council suspended while in violation of the treaties and charter that gives Russia a seat at that table.

The only thing I'm confident about is it wasn't Ukraine. They have zero to gain from it strategically or tactically. It could be ISIS/ISIL. It could've been FSB. It could be some other fringe group internal to Russia. Most likely ISIS/ISIL.

It’s really horrifying that it took an hour to get a security response to that concert hall. Sounds like Russian security is too focused on the people laying flowers at memorial sites.
Apparently they had received orders from the Kremlin directly to hold in place and wait for total force arrival before responding to the threat, so the rapid response anti-terrorism units had to sit and wait for military police and Kremlin guard forces before they could do their one and only job as a rapid response force, by which time the terrorists had already escaped.
They just got done training with the cops in Uvalde. Waiting an hour is SOP.
