The show was funny more than rarely. These were some of the most nimble comic actors on television with exceptional comedic timing, all of them. They were great fun to watch. It's a shame you didn't see that.

@@thomascrown6422 you can have the best actors on the planet, it doesnt make a damn bit of difference if the writers couldnt write a joke if their life depended on it. The actors dont decide what gets said, they just perform whats written, and they did their jobs well, no doubt. Its just that the show itself wasnt very funny 99% of the time. Lets be honest, if it wasnt for the corny ass laugh track, youd never know what was even INTENDED to be funny, its that bad. The writing of the show was drier than the sahara.
@@pyromaniac000000Okay, I guess here is where I have to trot out that old cliché (but true) that humor is subjective. If the show wasn't funny to you, it wasn't funny to you. That's fine. It's your opinion and you're welcome to it.
However, your claim that the writers couldn't write a joke to save their lives is belied by the fact that the show was on the air for 12 seasons and highly rated the entire time. Clearly they were able to write jokes that appealed to a large segment of the viewing public who had no problem understanding what was "intended to be funny." Again, humor being subjective.
More importantly your statement that the show wasn't funny 99% of the time is OBJECTIVELY false since it would require you to have watched the show 100% of the time. I'm certain that you didn't watch all 12 years of a show you thought was unfunny 99% of the time. If I watched a sitcom a handful of times -- or even ONCE -- and it was unfunny to me 99% of that time, I wouldn't bother with it again. In fact, I've done just that in the past with shows.
I would question the intelligence of ANYONE who watched a sitcom for 12 years that they didn't think was funny 99% of the time. Not just their intelligence but their judgement. Of everything. Including their judgement of what's funny, if they did that. So your choice of percentage is discredited. Now, clearly you have some personal hostility to this show that drives you to insult it in such a ridiculously exaggerated manner. It's just a sitcom. No more or less offensive than any other. Your excessive, overwrought antipathy to it is entirely unwarranted.
