Great atmosphere and life in a wonderful place. We'll follow when I get the touring car ready. The journey continues, my friend. Autumn greetings from Helsinki 🇫🇮 🍁
Hi Chris, Thanks, yes we are well into the full time travel life now. Should have part two of Spain ready in a couple of weeks as well. ATB, Steve & Margot
Hi Mike and Donna, Hi Mike and Donna, Thank you for watching and welcome aboard. Nice to have you with us. Our next motorhome adventures are not until next year now, until then it'll just be the odd review. All the best, Steve & Margot
Hi fellow nomads! Really nice content you are presenting. Jealous! We only just started documenting our journey buy only rarely dare to air our drone. I am interested in your gear... You have a new subscriber!
Hi Jacob and Maggie, Thank you for you kind comments. You have a nice channel too. The more you use the drone, the more confident you will become. I was nervous at first, but now feel I can fly it anywhere..! I use a Insta 360 and Sony camcorder for my filming. Seems to work ok. Happy travels Steve & Margot
@@TheWrinklyNomads Hi Steve & Margot! Thank you for your kind advice. I am looking into the insta 360 right now. I presume you have a X3? Footage you are shooting looks awe inspiring! And from now on, I will air my drone every day. Wish me luck!
Thanks you. haha... always looks that way in these videos!!! As you well know. Perhaps we should start showing us carrying the poo bags to the bin, aggressive locals thinking we shouldn't drive down their road, driving in circles trying to find water or a launderette or a garage that mends tyres....... haha the list goes on. But that worth it all for the good stuff we do show......👍 We are off to Europe again in November for 4 months, can't wait. Safe travels, Steve & Margot
Thank you Don Busy on pt2 now, probably be up in a couple of weeks. Actually Haven’t had any problems with driving so far. Just so long as you hug the kerb and look out on your left it’s fine. ATB, Steve & Margot
Can you do a video about how to fully secure bikes to the bike rack, as I know that some cable locks are trash and I am trying to think of a better way to lock them up to the rack. How do you secure your bikes, lets have a look please?
Hi Paul, Might show that in a future video, but we use a KryptoFlex™ Double Loop Cable high security lock. We lock both bikes to the actual bike rack where it is attached to the motorhome. This is a link to it: amzn.to/43J1T9I We also use an audible motorbike disk lock as a double precaution, especially at night. This is the link as well: amzn.to/3TH2KmH Hope that helps you 👍
@@TheWrinklyNomads Thank you so much for this. I have already ordered both locks from Amazon. I am a bit overly worried and perhaps wrongfully so, as I have read that Florence (Italy) has a high rate of RV break ins due to massive illegal immigration there, stealing and wrecking vans to get in, I am going there this summer and I am very worried. So trying to secure the van as much as I can. Thanks for your advice. I hope I will be okay traveling there, its a long trip though to Italy by road. Bye!
Hi Susan Thank you and thanks for watching. I have a British passport, but Margot has an Irish EU passport. As her spouse and as long as we travel together, I get all the European rights she has. 👍🏼
Hi Simon, If you mean total motorhome payload, we are rated at 3850kg. Soon to be uprated again to 4000kg [air suspension has been fitted to do this] I only weighed the motorhome full, just to make sure we weren't overweight, so don't really know the actual payload I'm afraid. ATB, Steve
@@TheWrinklyNomads Thanks for replying. My research shows that people recommend having the ability to load at least 750kgs payload for all the things you will need for fulltime motorhoming. My wife and I don't pack lightly so I was wondering how much spare payload you have. The air suspension is a bonus and I'll keep that in mind. Thanks in advance.
Just Loved watching you pair enjoying the travel
Thank you Don
I’m glad we’re not the only ones getting lost when out and about…. However it’s an adventure ❤
haha, yes, getting lost seems to be an integral part of motorhome travel 🤷♂️

Thanks Paul, 👍
I love the way your day trips are not polished and that you note how many times you get lost.
haha, trust me there's nothing polished about us...!!

they sell portable clothes dryers where heat comes up from bottom to blow air
Hi Trashcan
yes, we did look at something like that also.
Now it's getting hotter, we're wearing less, so less washing n drying...!
Result 👍

@@TheWrinklyNomads yes very true! all of the above apply to us too :) but still, we would not have it any other way! Bon Voyage!

Just out of curiosity what payload did you budget for to be able to live fulltime travelling?
