VF9 quick user feedback - VinFast Mobile Services #2 - Sony RideVu app ready

VinFast Mobile Services technician Ivan drove more than an hour in a VinFast VF9 Plus 2024 from Richmond to Sacramento (California) to work on the latest software update (Firmware 9.6.1.12) for my VinFast VF8 Plus 2024. He also replaced a door handle lock cap on my driver door, which came loose a few weeks ago. The firmware update also included RideVu app, VinFast exclusive mobile entertainment services with Sony.
