My daughter Mollie is 23yo and has Downs. She is obsessed with two things: holidays in Disney and the Lodge Guys. Every night she asks me to “put on the Guys”. She is your biggest fan! It would make her year if you could give her a shout out x
It was fascinating to see that clip from the first time the two of you saw the Lodge and to notice the things that are different now and the many things that are the same. And I agree that as fun as the travel videos are, there’s something nice about seeing the two of you living your daily lives at home. Yes, you have to do unexciting things like payroll, but spending time with the girls and going to places not far from the Lodge and things like that are the real heart and soul of your videos for me.
If a restaurant told me I have to pay extra to eat inside, my response would be “how ‘bout I pay nothing and eat elsewhere?” Outrageous.
LOVED seeing Brid, not been for about 20 years, brought back so many childhood memories
Love seeing Bridlington in the vlogs...I live about 2 hours away and have had a few holidays there when I was younger. Don’t get to visit much these days but have a few days booked at one of the caravan sites in September... Decided to treat my mam to a mini break and told her we’d go wherever she wanted to go and that’s where she picked😂 she’s very easily pleased😂

Brings back a funny memory from when my dad was alive , He queued up 40 mins to get fish and chips, He had two mouthfuls then the seagull flew in took his fish and knocked the the tray and his food it fell into the sea! Good old Bridlington...John
Sazzle was in my dream last night, i remember saying im going to see sazzle in the office, but the office was in like a field n sazzle came out from a bush, was a random dream.
Love Watching You Guys. I love my candles as well, and love the smell of all things Disney. Just wanted to share with you that if you trim your wicks a little after each use the flame will stay small and not dance. This helps it not to smoke as much and the soot not staining your ceiling over time. A friend of mine passed this on to me and I just wanted to share it with you. It is totally not a big deal, and so not trying to tell you what or what not to do. It is just a helpful hint. You share so many helpful hints with us, I just wanted to share one with you.

Whilst watching today’s vlog, and those since you’ve returned from your most recent trip, I wondered why you’ve not thought about relocating to Florida, if running your business remotely would work, & then Nick mentioned how much he had missed the lodge!! I think I know what he means, I think that your Orlando trips would probably be less fairytale then!! You’d miss your family too, I’d imagine!!

I had an ice cream in San Fran and the same thing happened to me ! I loved the vlogs from Florida ,it got me all excited for September, when I go back, so can’t wait for your vlogs in May, but I have to say i also love the vlogs from the lodge just as much , just love following your lives , don’t ever change x
I always say to my husband I don’t want to move full time to a vacation spot we really enjoy, (1) you soon settle into your daily routine (2) you loose a favourite holiday spot to look forward to. Is that what Nick was talking about at the end of the vlog?

I have been viewing your VBlog just recently. I grew up and lived near Universal Studios, California, even worked in Hollywood.😂😂 that seems like real life to me. We once went to Blackpool pleasure beach and my partner left his fish and chips on the table whilst he went to get some salt. Within a second a seagull pinched his whole fish and flew away. It was the most funniest thing ever!

I remember when you were in the US and made the Lodge Guys Curry and you mentioned it was so expensive in America. I find that our produce is so expensive and costly. I wonder why it’s so much cheaper for cauliflower and other produce in the UK?

Not too excited about your WalMart hauls because 1) it’s WalMart 2). They are not know to pay employees well and 3) The family that owns them are super conservative with super conservative values and not LGBTQ friendly whatsoever.
