I have my hardness (1st option) set at 5 or 6. I have my hopper temperature set at 5°C. Once you’ve adjust one setting, push and hold the “setting” button again until it goes to the next setting. When you done adjusting the settings, just wait 5-10 seconds for it to go back to the Standby Screen.
I’ve had one at a family reunion with over 100 people and it did pretty good keeping up. This machine will pre-cool the mix that is in the hoppers making it easier to freeze and keep up with a heavy load.
@@zimon9386 I’ve learned a few things in the last couple of months. The machine has been great. I had to adjust the “Hardness” setting down to 5 or 6 (12 is the max). This helps keep the circuit breaker from tripping. With the hopper set at 5 degrees Celsius, it doesn’t take much for the mix to freeze once it gets in the freezing chamber. I’ve been really happy with how the machine is performing
