- The Georgian National Legion has recently become a part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This report is about why Georgian legionaries fight for Ukraine, what problems they face and about their daily lives:
"We came here not because we hate Russians, unlike Russian mercenaries...None of the Georgian legionaries ever received a salary or any other material goods. It's an ideological war for us. Ukraine and Georgia are brotherly states. We have much in common, including our enemies", Mamuka Mamulashvili, Georgian National Legion Commander, tells Hromadske.

1) they were fighting War in Abkhazia in 1992
2) half of them were fighting in chechnya agaisnt russians
3) they were fighitng in afganistan.
4) they were fighintg in georgian russian war in 2008
now they are fighting in ukraine. so they have experience!
