  • Keep the following in mind while mastering the Dumbbell Hang Power Clean:
    KEY POINTS:
    -Feet shoulder-width apart.
    -Midline braced.
    -Hold Dumbbells however you prefer (in front or to the sides of the body).
    -DBs stay tight to body.
    -Arms bend only to pull you down under the Dumbbells
    -Quickly send elbows through to catch the Dumbbells in the front rack position.
    STANDARDS:
    -The Dumbbells must start each rep between the top of the knee and hips to be considered in the hang position.
    -Finish standing tall, with the Dumbbells in the front rack position.
