is there a difference between 2A+D and 2A~D in practise?
Okay so im basically getting that we kara cancel whatever attack we start with, into the throw tech correct?

is there something im misunderstanding? I feel like whenever I try to 3cad i just get counterhit grab and i never get the tech
Are you pressing 3C first then A+D afterwards? If you are pressing them all at the same time, you may get throw instead.
