You went above and beyond for that lower portion. I would have just left it if he wasn't paying the proper price to get it properly done. I've met plenty of these people who just don't want to pay. They're usually slum lords 😂

Hello Medium Rare Steve, Thank you, but that would have led to a very boring video. I believe I was able to obtain rare footage here and make the vid more interesting, but yes for viewers if you are reading this just wait until the owner comes home or you talk to him next to share your findings with him if the work becomes above your scope of the agreement, and get him to pay up front. Luckily I was able to be re ibursed by him at the end for the extra work.

I use a Ryobi battery demo hammer and it works great for chipping off stucco around my patches. Whenever you can cut down on the amount of plug in tools you have the use all the better.

I think guys are misinterpreting that part. I like Ryobi tools, but the saw is weak. I love my Ryobi drill. The drill has a lower torque than DeWalt giving it the ability to drive screws better.

I own festools, makitas, dewalt and Milwaukee tools and the ryobi tools do work well especially when you’re doing dirty job or work in the ghetto . I am impressed with ryobi tools.

Yes and I own many of Ryobi too many to list. But this little saw drains the battery too fast. Like I say it’s good in a pinch. Thank you for chiming in.
