After learning from your video about plantain, one time while on my job I was bit by something. The itch was continuous. I saw plantain growing picked a couple leaves chewed them like you showed, made a paste rubbed it on the bite area. Well long story short about 20 minutes later it was gone no more discomfort. Wow! I learn a lot from you. Thanks Dave

Hi Dave. Thanks for the video. I saw at 9:48, from left to right a little Hummingbird made an appearance in this video, at the top right of screen. Cool flyers.

Thanks, these videos are very informative. I will eventually come to the Pathfinder school for these classes for sure. But my goal is to complete the basic and intermediate classes first.

Simply put, well done succinct and to the point. Question: as we all know penicillin is an extremely used/useful antibiotic. Is there a substitute in nature that is "similar and just as effective? ". In the ballpark, or simply no substitute? Thanks for sharing...

Great serie of videos Dave. I'm really very interested in this information you are sharing. I live in Europe and we have here many of this especies, sometimes in gardens and/or wild introduced species, but sometimes is difficult to match with the common names. Could you include the scientific Latin botanical names on de description of this videos? Thanks

Near my house is a 5 acre lake. On the edge of this lake is what I think is a Tulip Poplar ,standing all by itself. It has what looks like the same bark and leaves. It however, splits into two trees, rarely sheds limbs, and is shaped more like an oak than straight. Is it a possible misidentification or being alone maybe it doesn't need to shed?

Dave, I hear and read a lot of your work on various trees, especially the black walnut, but you have not done anything about the white walnut or butternut tree. Why not? A neighbor of mine just had a small white walnut tree removed from their property. I knew by the leaves I could see that it was a walnut tree. I knew from reading your books and watching your videos that it is bound to have some medicinal properties. I collected a good size branch a bunch of leaves and some unripe nuts and went digging through books and searches online to find uses. I was very surprised to not find any references in your books or videos.

Thanks Dave, looking forward to more trees resources in Materia Medica! Quick question, would this be a good regulatory agent for constipation?

Dave, I know that this is a somewhat unrelated question to the video but I was wondering, since you are all about 100% wool. What you think about the Filson Mackinaw Cruiser.
I understand the price isn't common man but maybe it's as you like to say common sense?
I'm trying to make a decision of whether or not to buy it and was hoping to get your input.
    Thanks.
Also, I was wondering why you don't have camel hair blankets in your reviews or on your website. i thought they were supposed to be even better?

+wildernessoutfitters will you be doing any videos in the near future that have to do with hunting or fishing in any way? I thought I'd ask being that it's headed into deer season etc so there's a lot of things that can be hunted and fished for this time of year.
