Following Map 23, this map is also quite heinous. There are several points where it is quite unreasonable.
The first hard point is a switch deep in the lava field. A herd of enemies, including 8 arch-viles, are encountered after you push the switch. It is very difficult to manage this while vile's target switches frequently with the enemy's attacks. If a BFG blast unintentionally hits a vile that's aiming at another enemy, it'll turn on you soon enough. Homing missiles by revenats often fly to you at the right moment to hide behind a wall to avoid vile's attack. It would be a good idea to bring the enemy to the point where the cyberdemon is and let them fight him.
The second hard point is a trap where you fall into a hollow and are surrounded by many revenants. It's easy on original UV if you stay in the hollows and deal only with the revenants coming toward you, but they will kill you instantly on -fast. It is more likely to survive if you get out of the trap by a BFG with determination of taking fatal damage. The next trap is also vicious, so you will need to keep extra recovery items.
The third hard point is a trap where it is surrounded by enemies just before the switch for the red key. A large number of commando zombies will surround you and attack you angrily. If you are unlucky, you will die even if you are at 200% health. Be sure to take on the challenge in perfect condition.
The final hard point is a trick where many enemies appear on the steps before the yellow key. The exit is blocked by barons, and only one corner in the room can avoid vile's attacks. Hiding in that corner will not block the baron's attacks, but it is quite difficult to deal with barons while dodging vile's attacks in the cornor. Fortunately, this trap is avoidable with an invulnerability. You can quickly deal with the baron blocking the exit with disabling vile's attack damage.
