You could perhaps find someone to translate your videos, I know Cyberman65 did for his KH3D walkthrough. I think KuroiOokami50 might be the translator you're looking for and with the Japanese knowledge you have, you could translate the words you already know (or understand)
I wish I could do that, but I don't have enough japanese knowledge to make a translation. Is a fact that all KH and FF games has a too ''independent'' english translation, that problem is less prominent in other european languages.
