Pudsey day 2024 Double Jig Demonstration dance

Meavy based Dartmoor Border Morris hosted the 9th Pudsey day of Morris in Tavistock with around 200 Morris friends helping to raise money for the BBC Children in Need appeal. To end the day, they organised a demonstration double Jig, performed by Jonathan Owens in blue & Robert Nutkins in black. See how high they can jump! The tune is of course Princess Royal ( Bampton) & was played by Dartmoor Border Morris accordion player Kath Tregaskis , accompanied by many musicians. This was a cold damp afternoon in November.
