Thank you so much for this demonstration. i am a senior citizen who lives on the second floor in a small apartment. After I saw your video, I immediately purchased this product, and I love it! It is perfect for my needs.
If it’s in the bathtub probably will just seem like a bath or shower running. Doesn’t seem to shake or make much noise. However I don’t see how this would be against a contract in any way,it’s not like an actual washer dryer are being installed and messing with electrical wires or the walls or anything. Putting down a couple towels or fabric might help with the vibrations too.
Great demo. I purchased a Costway washer/spinner unit in 2016 off Amazon for about $80 with free shipping. Same exact unit as yours. People complain about Chinese products, but I've been very pleased with this. And I find that it you want something small that works, buy it from China. They seem to understand small appliances, and the need for small things that work. Americans go the other way, washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, stoves all have to be huge. People in Europe, the far East and China prefer appliances that are small, but work and last a long time. I've had my unit and use it about once a week, and have had no problems at all. Have fun in your travels.
My partner and I had been thinking about getting one of these. After seeing your awesome video we immediately ordered one! Thanks for the great demonstration. This company should be paying you for such a great job advertising and demonstrating their product.
I saw this video of yours probably a month ago. I LOVED your demonstration on this washer/spinner. I live in a tiny house! A shed I purchased and my son converted into a home for me. But I have been carrying my laundry next door to my daughters house for 4 years!! I am so sick of doing that (I’m 61 years old with a bad back). The night I saw your video, I binge watched so many videos on this washer and many more! But I could never find your video again. 😢 Tonight I bumped into a guys video, calling himself Camo Dave. He mentioned you (Nomadic Fanatic) for 2 seconds, about how big your RV is. I got so excited! Cause I thought you looked like the guy. So I searched your videos (you’ve done a couple of them, washing clothes). When I saw that Blue and White hand towel, I knew you were the one that explained this washer better than any of the others. I just wanted to say thank you and again.... WOW! The way I bumped into your video again, I couldn’t have found you this way by searching. Believe me! I’ve been searching. Anyway, that was too funny! Serendipitous! Lol. Thanks!!
I saw this video a year ago and it was the last thing that made me convinced I needed one of these. Got one in January hadn’t used it for my off grid lifestyle yet but my washing machine broke 2 months ago and I have been using this until I get a new one and I am OBSESSED!!! I seriously enjoy watching it do it’s thing! It’s a powerhouse! I didn’t get this model but I got a ZENSTYLE from Walmart at $73 and honestly has been the best thing I’ve probably ever bought!
YOU, (and your kitty) are so appreciated ! You are a gem of a man. Showing us all how to do laundry ; environmentally friendly, efficiently, effectively and practically! Bravo to you, sir!
Love this one, we had one in our house, we used it while we were waiting for a part for our machine, took three months to arrive, we still use this for small loads, and to take away with us, worked better than our Maytag
Interesting! this was the exact washing machine model my family had 10 years back in India.Growing up I did laundry with this type of machine only bigger in size.We had it for almost 15 years!! the machine never gave trouble more than once.Wish now we have long lasting products now. Thanks for bringing back the memories.
I've got the largest fella made that is the same design and I love it the spin driver works so good that if you hang your clothes out on a sunny day it takes about 15minutes for your clothes to finish drying
That type of washing machine (large family size twin-tub) is still very popular in Thailand, and for sale at most variety stores throughout the country.
Well said Mr. Lees!!! Out of ALL the videos I've seen...this guy blew everyone else out of the water as far as explanation & demonstration! He was simply AWESOME!!!
In Puerto Rico they have not had power in many places since hurricane destroyed the island. Thinking outside the box it is what is getting the power back on. It is always good to know how to things another way.
Once the mail was working I got my friend to ship to me the little egg one, you know the one you have to spin by hand. We used it till we got electricity like 2 months ago and where able to get a regular washing machine.
Many years ago I had a washing machine designed like this one, I was so excited to see one on Amazon! I love it. I use it every day in my small apartment.
Eric, I just use a pitcher to pour water in the hole during the spin cycle for "rinse and spin". It keeps me from having to transfer back to the washer side to rinse them. I pour for a minute or two while it's spinning and then stop pouring and let it spin without water for another minute or two.
That is exactly what I thought too when he poured water into spin cycle. Why not just add more water, stop for a minute or two, restart spin cycle and it’s all in one step and probably doesn’t need as much water as the larger tub. I would wash the less dirty clothes first and save the water from the rinse cycle to use for next "dirtier" load. Going to buy this now to use in my van.
I have the same machine for our camper. To save on water, we reuse the rinse water for a second load when we do multiple loads. I also love that I can put my kids fuzzy blankets in this. Although on the down side we can't put a comforter in it, but we are extremely glad we have it. Camping with 4 children under 9, we accumulate alot of laundry.
I have one of these and absolutely love it. I bought it when I had a load of laundry stolen a laundromat. Only $70 on Amazon and had it for 3 months still working great!
Thank you!! What a great demo, and out in the daylight, we see it very well, and just run the water in from the hose. Gonna get this!! (but now, two years later, the price has shot up by double for some brands.) Thanks for posting!
Back in the 70s Hoover made a washer like this. The Hoover was made of steel and quite heavy. I used it for years. I bought a washer like this recently to carry with me while camping. The machine is light and works fine for needs.
This guy's so genuine. I live in a house with a nice laundry set up but after watching this I considered getting an RV just so I could buy one of these.
Thank you for the demo - I'm amazed at how much you can fit in there! I appreciate the detailed information and analysis on how you use it and why you bought it.
ha ha yea same here in Cornwall ,UK ;D))) I handwash most of ours too but still have to do larger items at the laundrette but intend living as independently as possible so this is great
Thanks for this.. watched last night then found and bought a similar mini washer and spinner today for under 70GBP for my Motorhome (RV).. Cheers Eric 👍
I would have LOVED this when I lived in my little travel trailer! I'm a non-driver, and I DREADED hauling my laundry in a wheeled basket to the bus stop to take it to the laundrymat.
@@nomadicfanatic hey I searched to buy a waher like yours. I couldn't find one exactly the same item on amazon website. There are similar items but I'm not sure if they function the same.
I just got mine and you are so right about how well it washes and dries clothes. I just bought my plug in power bank and will let you know how many loads I can do before I need to recharge my power bank. Thank you so much for showing me how it works. I have friends in the Philippines and they want me to send them a unit too. Your awesome and I wish you well my friend.
I got one of these for my daughter who lives in a small apartment. It works great, though she has some trouble with draining it - has to catch the drain water in a bucket. I'll suggest to her that she put it in her bathtub. I know it'll fit.
I just bought this for myself, and was amazed and how well it worked. I use mine in my bathtub. Although the video on Amazon of the young woman using hers in her kitchen is what really sold me on buying it.
I’ve got this machine, actually an older version of it. I live off grid and have been using it for a couple of years. Always works well, never failed me yet. It fits queen size bedding in it easily. I’ve got a big top loader that I use every couple of months for washing blankets and such, have to run the generator for that though.
Dude! I grew up with twin tub washing machines! We didn't know about front loading or top loaders till mid 80s. I can't find them anymore! They were great, you would do the less dirty stuff first then keep the water for next load and rinse the clothes in the spin.
Thank you for reminding me of this style of washer. When I was stationed in England many, many moons ago, we had the same style of washer, only a bit larger. Saved three years of going to a laundromat or having to wash by hand.
Thank you so much for this very thorough and informative video! So glad you took the time to make it and give us this great opportunity to see how it all works.
Saw this about a year ago, and sooo happy i got it!! Now i live in a apartment and I prefer it to the normal machin, so quick and almost dry after the spin!! 👍👍👍 20 points out of 10!!
I just read your thorough descriptions of your equipment. YOU are so well organized and detailed. WONDERFUL! YOU ARE ACES ! I JUST SOOOOO APPRECIATE YOU!!! REALLY great work! Subscribed (twice!!).
Such a great video, Dude! This is the perfect solution if one had enough solar power. Thank you!! Also, any man who has a cat is my kind of soul!! Love your kitty!!
Great video! I purchased one of these from FB market place for $50. I was blown away by how efficient, quick and easy this machine is. The wash quality is excellent and the spin cycle is on another level. Best investment ever. I purchased this for my microfobre detailing cloths and pads. Any detailer knows it's not practical to wash microfibres with other items because of cross contamination. Furthermore, it was impractical to wash only a handful of cloths in a full size machine. Thisl ittle beast solved that dilema, It;'s also great for smelly fishing gear and workshop coveralls etc. Perfect for small loads or just a couple of items. :-)
@Erth Do you know where to get a connector to hook one of these to a faucet? i have the hose that connects at the top, but they decided to not include any adapters/connectors.
Always love your refreshing presence and generous meaningful sharing , Eric! You and Jax really keep it happenin'! = grin = This seems just right for what I'm looking for as I prepare to "hit the road" ( with my notions of being a late-bloomin' troubadour and such) and hadn't seen anything satisfactory for a washer--till now! Thanks so much! Keep up your passionate life and most helpful sharing!
love the presentation, in the UK those clothes airers are really common as we lack space in our home's as well as our Motor Homes ( RV) so they are convenient, thanks washer looks like a must for us, just bought one now on Amazon Yeah!!
We had the same washer for 4 years while we were full time in a motor home. We bought a new RV and it had a washer and dryer. That little washer washed the cloths much better then my regular new washer. Not only that we sold our little one to a friend and she has had it for 3 years.and it still going. We highly recommend it.
Wow! Also to have more space, you could hang the wet clothes on plastic hangers around on the portable clothes dryer and hang lots more. Thanks for sharing this video... so informative ...and esp thank you for not using bad words! So many videos start out with good information but halfway thru the person starts using curse words. Turns me off right then idc how much information they want to share. Thanks again. 😊
I've had mine and I use it several times a day. I went the route of the first type you had, set it on my bathroom counter to the left, rinse in the sink and spin dry in the large Laundry Alternatvi blue spinner. I love my machines. I've used them as I said 8 years. I did replace the washer hoses with heavy weight regular washer hoses, grease the washer once a year, and just now replaced the v belt on the washer for $6.. my clothes have never been so clean, laundry for me for a week takes less than an hour and I use less than 7 gallons of water for all the clothes. Can't beat it
I also bought a wardrobe clothes dryer recently, just in case I have to have dry clothes quick. With the clothes spinner they are barely damp and take about an hour to dry.
My man, this is an awesome video and a pretty cool tool. Thank you! And I love that you've got it hooked up to your solar system. The company ought to pay for your endorsement, dammit. Keep on, brother!
I've had a 13lb size snuck into my apartment for the last 5yrs and I paid a heck of a lot more! The spin dryer side I love because it will spin so much faster than a regular washer. My clothes come out almost dry. It's work to fill, drain, refill to rinse, drain and spin dry but compared to lugging loads of laundry up & down 3 flights it's a breeze. My friends are always trying to borrow it😅 - NOPE
You used to be able to buy exactly the same machine style that was full sized and ran on mains power it would also save your rinse water to be used for the next wash it was made by Hoover and available in Australia but I haven’t seen on in over thirty years they were fantastic and used so little water back in a time when people didn’t think about saving waterthey had a spray rinse set up
got this exact washer on Walmart. com for less than what you quoted for Amazon. Regardless of where you get it, this is indeed a great little machine! The agitation against the other items is what scrubs them clean. I agree with you about the soap, however, you still appear to be using too much. You could get the right amount by filling the cup, quickly draining the soap back in the bottle and using just the amount left and what sticks to the sides. While the water is filling or spinning rinse the cap out, should be plenty for those small loads. Cheers!
I have this, I live in a 2nd-floor apartment after 2 yrs of lugging laundry to the shared basement coin-op I seen this on Amazon and decided to take a chance, boy this is a lifesaver! only thing I would recommend is less in the spin cycle especially if you're using it on the countertop. it will jump right off!, I drain my water in the sink then put fresh water in for a quick rinse and drain again. it helps! after just a few months It paid for its self for what I saved in the coin-op. We also camp, we use it outside after most of the sites have cleared and use Eco-friendly, it's so much easier
Thanx so much for this instructional video! I just bought my first RV and was looking for the perfect washer/spinner and looks like you found it! Went straight to Amazon and it will be arriving the same day as my RV. So exited!
13:20 In summer open the windows then you can use rubber gloves make sure they don't have a hole or you'll burn/hurt your skin then use chlorine cleaner or whatever it's called in the US and soak paper towels in it and put them on everything that looks like mold or water residue (the yellowish stuff). Make sure it is well ventilated and don't stay in the van for that time. Unfortunately it might take up to 12 to 48 hours depending on the dirt buildup so make sure you do it during a good weather period. Worked in well for my silicone seals in my bath and it works on black mold in the bathtub. Not very environmentally friendly but maybe you can find another easy fix.
Dilute the chlorine bleach by 50% and put it in a spray bottle for God's sake. Or better yet, much better yet, just use white vinegar. Full strength in a plastic spray bottle. Vinegar is 5% acetic acid so it is a natural agent that kills mold, mildew, fungus, Etc. You can also use it in place of Roundup to kill grass and weeds! It won't cause cancer and is much much cheaper.
Thank you! I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivities which means I get really sick when around fragrances so I want to have my own washer/dryer when on the road so I don't have to even think about using a laundromat.
to make your spinner last longer and not work so hard you can squeeze some of the water out of the clothing before you put it in there. I grew up with a TUB washer and the rollers on the top. lol
Me too, & I loved it, found it relaxing to feed to rollers wringing clothes out. I still wish I could get one of those now, they lasted a lifetime . . . 😜
Because of this video, I bought this washer/spinner for my mobile home! I also bought a panda electric dryer. I couldn’t be happier! No longer do I have to endure a laundry mat ! And you can bet, when I get my RV, these items must fit in the bathroom!
I REMEMBER THE HOOVER WASHING MACHINE . THAT IS THE WASHING MACHINE MY PARENTS HAD WHEN I MOVED OUT IN 1972. BEFORE THAT THEY HAD A Wringer Washing Machine . it
I have a friend who has one in her home(she also has a regular washer an dryer but uses this for smaller loads).just sit it on the counter top.ive even used it and yes it works GREAT.the spin cycle is just as good as he described it.genius product.
Love the whole video! Thank you, it's all TOTALLY true!! SO can't wait to get my version.... it is smaller maybe, but I do have a Big Daddy for the real big stuff. I like to wash every day, so this kind will be perfect for 6 days a week!!! I used to have the metal bigger type but they don't seem to make them anymore. Best video yet on twin tubs!
Thanks for this video. We should all have one of these for backup in case of a washer that is in need of repair or replacement. It would be great to fall back on while saving for repairs or replacement. Also good for college kids and apartment dwellers who don't have a laundry room.
im from the Dominican Republic I this type the washing machine is very popular there, some tips for you. 1.wait for spinner stop, yo broke the timer if you doin that. 2.this 2 hole for the water entry is for you don need take a hard time for put water manually just want stop washer change you clothes to the spinner and open the water for 3 minute. 3. don't open the spinner if no finish stop automatic, this machine is plastic and have a plastic and fragile you can broke more faster the machine.
Water on floor. My mother used to put that water on flowers, plants etc.. Years ago people used to live up to 100 years old etc. Now people worry about everything. And they are lucky if they can live up to 70's * Chemtrails on Sky has more poison than wash water! * Great video! Thank you for the great information.
I've seen various versions over the years and the one you have has captured my interest into getting one for my 05' 31 ft Drive Way Commando Paperweight, aka Sun Seeker 3100 RV once I've saved up enough cash to take her out for a few weeks seeing America. Happy Trails!!!
i bought this machine it washes very good BUT the washer tub spinner has an open metal screw in the center that makes small holes in my cloth/ not every wash but its gamble- there are other machine out there with solid centers, so becareful to which one you purchase - i have to buy another one- wish some one had posted it- but now i can save every one else clothes from being cut up.
I love my ty washer. I live in a place that is 200 Square feet, it has no washing facilities. I love this thing, do my own laundry without going to the laundromat. And you’re right the spinner is the best part of it. It basically dry your clothes. I didn’t realize how many washing machines did not spin your clothes out. They have these high dollar save water washing machines that don’t spend. Thank you for your video
WOW!! THANK YOU! I just bought one of these after watching, and I'm so happy with it! I figured it was worth the money and it makes my life so much nicer, great recommendation! I appreciate it alot.
Oh wow, I wish I had this a year ago when I was living in an (almost) dry cabin! I sat outside in the summer hand-washing clothes and it took FOREVER to dry... but, because it was such a production, I would grab a bottle of wine and make a day of it. So beyond ringing out clothes, it wasn't the worst experience.
I got one just like this and used it for the first time today! Very cool gadget. Surprised and pleased it is as quiet and powerful as you demonstrated. Thx. NF. 🍁💯
Hey Eric. Wouldn't be faster if you just drain the water from the big drum and refill it with clean water, wash again to get it rinsed and then just spin it once?
Yes, and I'm a laundry expert. It's all about the rinsing; just leave it in there and refill with clean water THEN spin and you're done. Okay, I'm not really an expert.. but I play one on tv. :)
The soaking wet clothes from the wash cycle will still have a lot of soap in them. If you spin all the soapy water out of them, there will be less soap to try and rinse out.
faster but not rinsed anywhere near as good when you need to keep water use to a minimum, you are better to spin, wet a little bit, spin, wet again, spin, wet again, spin as many times until satisfied that it's rinsed well enough.
I watching this again, and rather then wait to buy this until later, I' m going to buy one next month. Where I rent a room, our place has swelled from 3 people to 6. The laundry room backs up, and I'm hand washing more often. This unit is more efficient, and could do more items in less time. Love your product video reviews. 😎
We have been watching your vids for sometime now and think you are an intelligent and informative person. We are also from Wasington State. Spokane is our home town, but are going to start our travels soon. Thank you for all your time and effort you put into these video's. We are fans! Best of wishes to you, Brandy and Joe Sumerlin
It's been a year since you posted about this washer. Have your thoughts on it changed? Any updates? It looks like a great washer, curious to know how it's held up after a year of use. Thanks for the detailed video on it!
My Tiny Beach House, I have one and I would suggest getting one that doesn’t require you to rinse and spin it separately. it gets labor intensive for me because I’m in an apartment and don’t have any other way of filling it up without a bucket. So it’s a lot of filling, carrying and lifting water. I’d prefer one tub that washes, rinses and spins in one tub. Other than that I don’t really mind it but if you’re older your back might ache.
@RevealtheReal - I agree. I lived in my 26' travel trailer for 2 years. I have a Haier that's all in one. I loved it. Since it doesn't have two compartments, it's smaller. I am in an old house now, which came with a wash machine. But I was thinking of using the little one again to save energy as well as dry time. I also have one of those (wooden) expandable dry racks. They work great as well.
Grannieannie F, I use a portable dryer device that comes with a rack and a a “tent” to cover it with the dryer (basically heater) inside. Made in China not the best way to dry.
If you place a dehumidifier in a small enclosed space. Say like a closet or a small bathroom or shower with hanging racks. It will dry your clothes and very cheaply. We have been doing that for years and we have a dryer. It just saves us money and it is good for the environment. We have a hanging system in a pantry space. A whole room will get done in about 2 to 3 hours. It would take twice that and 10× the electricity to do that with a normal dryer. Real game changer! Mom of 5 wanting to share the fails and successes haha! Hope it helps!
This best choice washer is really amazing! And only 10 lbs. Wow! You are so right it is scary buying things online not knowing if the product will do what it say.. Glad it worked well thank you for sharing!
I'm a sucker for t.v. Gizmo's. Half the time they are so hokey when u get them. I hate the Shark vac and the Hoover carpet cleaner. Same deal as my old one- bad design. Cheap plastic and acrylic body. U need to SEe what you r buying.
Literally my second time watching this video, the first time I did was the first video I saw of yours now I’ve been subscribed for almost a year! Just wondering how this device is working and if you’re still using it? Please let me know! Happy camping ☺️
I went out and bought one after watching your video. I LOVE it! I bought a 2 shelf table/shelf on wheels so I could move it where I need it when I need it (in wheelchair). I fill it with my shower wand and drain it in my tub. Love it!! Thank you for the tip. Gypsie At Heart
Great video! I could use one of those at home. I love the kitty!! Just be very very careful about keeping him safe in an unfamiliar place. Don't let him run around outside by himself, and watch out for other animals.
BUY THE DELLA portable washing machine instead SAME SIZE, PRICE AND IT HAS A BUILT IN drain WATER PUMP! I wish someone would of told me before I bought mine with gravity drain.
Janice Auger - Google the words "DELLA portable washing machine" and you will get Amazon links to it, UA-cam links to it, Walmart links, etc. Maybe you mistyped the name. Did you type DELLA or DELA with only one "L" (although when I tried it with only one "L", Google still returned DELLA responses). So, either way you should get links to the DELLA washer. Use Google to search if you want to get the same results that I got.

Thank you so much for this demonstration. i am a senior citizen who lives on the second floor in a small apartment. After I saw your video, I immediately purchased this product, and I love it! It is perfect for my needs.
The 'spin' cycle is called an extractor!!!
The only thing you need to worry is noise. you dont want landlord hear your washer while it is not permitted in contract. lol
If it’s in the bathtub probably will just seem like a bath or shower running. Doesn’t seem to shake or make much noise. However I don’t see how this would be against a contract in any way,it’s not like an actual washer dryer are being installed and messing with electrical
wires or the walls or anything. Putting down a couple towels or fabric might help with the vibrations too.
Thank you very very much

Once the mail was working I got my friend to ship to me the little egg one, you know the one you have to spin by hand. We used it till we got electricity like 2 months ago and where able to get a regular washing machine.
@14 88 that is what i call engunity! I appreciate people like that.
They have clothes spinners with a petal you push no electricity needed kinda cool
Great idea!
Awesome ty 😊
Wow, great tip! You could probably pour from the pitcher, into a funnel (?) that is inserted in that rinse and spin opening?
Another uploader does the same except she puts the water in before she starts the spin.
Yes I've heard other people recommend re-using the rinse water. Thank you.
I also reuse the last rinse water for the next load. I rinse the clothes twice.
Does it work well on bed sheets? How would you dry the sheets?
I want one!!!
@Tony Garcia Boy, it's nice to know you didn't miss the whole point of the video. Try to focus.
I have a Kuppet and it washes better than any regular washer I have ever had and the spinner almost dries the clothes! I love it!
Back in the 70s Hoover made a washer like this. The Hoover was made of steel and quite heavy. I used it for years. I bought a washer like this recently to carry with me while camping. The machine is light and works fine for needs.
Terrific video. We never considered a washer for our extended trip coming up, but you may have changed our minds. Nifty unit. Thanks, Eric.
Thanks for your professionally done vid. This shows EVERYBODY rv living can work for anyone that has the need.
This guy's so genuine. I live in a house with a nice laundry set up but after watching this I considered getting an RV just so I could buy one of these.
Thank you for the demo - I'm amazed at how much you can fit in there! I appreciate the detailed information and analysis on how you use it and why you bought it.
All that stuff he said and much more happens in miami laundromat. To the point I just wash my clothing in my shower.
ha ha yea same here in Cornwall ,UK ;D))) I handwash most of ours too but still have to do larger items at the laundrette but intend living as independently as possible so this is great
Please read my review of this machine. For a slightly different perspective.
Ha! I just started all your videos (have watched about 10 of them, way back), and this one popped up so I watched it. RV has changed so much.
What a great video. I'm also VERY HAPPY for you that it is the perfect setup. I know it really feels good when it all comes together.
Looks exactly like the machines I saw in Asia. I'd like to see more stuff like this in our home improvement stores simply because of the minimalism
I love mine and I swear it washes better than any of these new big household washers. Plus, you can't beat the price!
Great Demonstration -Great Vibe! 🧦👖👕 It's good to leave the lid up for a while after done washing to air out the machine to avoid mold or funky smell.
That is amazing, I use to have one, 20 plus years ago, so glad there still out there, great for your RV to.
I love how you take your time explaining in details perfectly and effectively.Thank you so much. This is what I'm looking for
I'm so glad!
@@nomadicfanatic hey I searched to buy a waher like yours. I couldn't find one exactly the same item on amazon website. There are similar items but I'm not sure if they function the same.
1 tips. Wait until the spinner stops naturally. Ur practice in the video will wears the cable & brake shoe prematurely
Good point. One I need to pay attention to.

@@Freeknickers24 Did you lose your brain, or soul?
pretty sure it was only for the video so relax
Thanks for the tip I was just opening the lid when it was done & not letting it come to a standstill. i was impatient
Java Jones I put mine on a cooler with wheels an use my shower hand heal to fell it and I drain it in the bathroom toilet then I rinse
Another suggested the toilet, so a lint catcher isn't needed.
Java Jones I had one of these, I always put it in my bathtub
I just bought this for myself, and was amazed and how well it worked. I use mine in my bathtub. Although the video on Amazon of the young woman using hers in her kitchen is what really sold me on buying it.
Bought one from amazon.co.uk as live in a small apartment , best thing ever bought
This is the video that started my viewing you, Eric, on your channel. Plus I bought this washer right after seeing you and I agree, I love it.
Received mine yesterday. Thanks for the demo. The instructions in the box had me bewildered!
Maybe check out Ebay antiques?
@@michellelaclair I still got mine from grandparents, just gotta keep hands away from that damm ringer
Thank you for reminding me of this style of washer. When I was stationed in England many, many moons ago, we had the same style of washer, only a bit larger. Saved three years of going to a laundromat or having to wash by hand.
I am getting one today!!! Thank you sooo much for showing me this !!! Love it !!!
I bought one. One year later, I still love it.
Take care NOT to use hot water! It *will* warp the plastic parts.
Good tip! I was wondering about that.
😱 I would have never known
I have one and it's great. You have to barely put any fabric softer at the rinse cycle for your clothes to smell nice.
Great video. I like how you showed how you can use the solar.
With the clothes spinner they are barely damp and take about an hour to dry.
most genuine person in a van life video i have ever seen :)
liked and subscribed.
cheers for the helpful information :D
I agree! Liked and subscribed!

Yes! Soo genuine. No b.s. blah blah blah drama... "Just the facts, ma'am!" Thank u for sharing ur experiences 💗

This is fantabulous! I love it & will use it during my travels. Thanks so much for sharing.
Cheers!
Growing up in San Antonio, Texas, my mother had a drying rack like that . In winter we would put it over the floor furnace.
It even matches your bath rug...how cool is that:-)
Thanx so much for this instructional video! I just bought my first RV and was looking for the perfect washer/spinner and looks like you found it! Went straight to Amazon and it will be arriving the same day as my RV. So exited!
Thank you. You were the only one that made sense on explaining it
I purchased this same washer after my full size washer died. I love it!!! Does a great job!!!
Not very environmentally friendly but maybe you can find another easy fix.
i need to do this in my bathroom
And you can bet, when I get my RV, these items must fit in the bathroom!
this machine reminds me of the old Hoover washing machines from the 60's and 70's
Thanks for the Demo,.. I would have run a rinse cycle before spinning,.. Just personal Choice.
Best video yet on twin tubs!
just ordered one. been wanting this since you posted this vid. it comes in two days. so excited!!
Let us know how it is after a month! Would like to see if it's worth the purchase.
Let us know how it is after a month! Would like to see if it's worth the purchase.
Please see my review for a slightly different take on this.
Finally, a perfect washer for a tiny house or RV camper.
Couldn't u insert a plastic lid in the bottom?
Gina Moretti I know there’s several different brands, make and model. Can you please share the name brand you purchased?
I love my ty washer. I live in a place that is 200 Square feet, it has no washing facilities. I love this thing, do my own laundry without going to the laundromat. And you’re right the spinner is the best part of it. It basically dry your clothes. I didn’t realize how many washing machines did not spin your clothes out. They have these high dollar save water washing machines that don’t spend. Thank you for your video
Wow. I was just looking at those for my apt.!!
WOW!! THANK YOU! I just bought one of these after watching, and I'm so happy with it! I figured it was worth the money and it makes my life so much nicer, great recommendation! I appreciate it alot.
Had I have this and the drying rack I love it
Oh wow, I wish I had this a year ago when I was living in an (almost) dry cabin! I sat outside in the summer hand-washing clothes and it took FOREVER to dry... but, because it was such a production, I would grab a bottle of wine and make a day of it. So beyond ringing out clothes, it wasn't the worst experience.
this was my one nomadic fear...thank you and subscribed
I got one just like this and used it for the first time today! Very cool gadget. Surprised and pleased it is as quiet and powerful as you demonstrated. Thx. NF. 🍁💯
Hey Eric. Wouldn't be faster if you just drain the water from the big drum and refill it with clean water, wash again to get it rinsed and then just spin it once?
That’s kinda what I was thinking ?
Yes, and I'm a laundry expert. It's all about the rinsing; just leave it in there and refill with clean water THEN spin and you're done. Okay, I'm not really an expert.. but I play one on tv. :)
The soaking wet clothes from the wash cycle will still have a lot of soap in them. If you spin all the soapy water out of them, there will be less soap to try and rinse out.
faster but not rinsed anywhere near as good
when you need to keep water use to a minimum, you are better to spin, wet a little bit, spin, wet again, spin, wet again, spin as many times until satisfied that it's rinsed well enough.
He's just doing the cycles like a big washing machine does. Clean, spin, rinse, spin.
😎
Can you give an update on how well this unit has held up?
Something tells me it won't last more than a year with somewhat regular use.
We have been watching your vids for sometime now and think you are an intelligent and informative person. We are also from Wasington State. Spokane is our home town, but are going to start our travels soon. Thank you for all your time and effort you put into these video's. We are fans! Best of wishes to you,

I have been wanting to get one of these for my small apartment. Going to the laundry mat cost a fortune
Christine Huff here in the phil.. that is a very common washin machine we use to do laundry..
Christine Huff that is exact machine i grew up with.. we still do have one..
I bought one of these because of your in-depth video. It works great. Keep up the awesome videos!
Gypsie At Heart
i love how excited he is about how dry his clothes are... haha lol
I wish someone would of told me before I bought mine with gravity drain.
alberto92585 what do you mean a built in drain?
Nothing is coming up when I search that ....Did you type in the wrong name ?
Janice Auger - Google the words "DELLA portable washing machine" and you will get Amazon links to it, UA-cam links to it, Walmart links, etc. Maybe you mistyped the name. Did you type DELLA or DELA with only one "L" (although when I tried it with only one "L", Google still returned DELLA responses). So, either way you should get links to the DELLA washer. Use Google to search if you want to get the same results that I got.
Do you know the link?
Is that Della machine still working or did it have a limited life span like the one that was demonstrated in this video?
