Most aftermarket filters don't have arrows telling us which side goes up. Instead they have arrows that point in the direction of air flow. All horizontally mounted cabin air filters with the blower motor mounted below the filter will have downward air flow, so an air flow arrow should point down. Good video. My thumb is pointing up... 👍
That is very interesting my to know! It is interesting how the Toyota products tell you which direction the filter goes. Normally like you said it will have the direction of where the air flow goes and that is how the original cabin air filter was for my friend’s Corolla was. My first car was a dodge neon so I never had a cabin air filter until now and now I have a 2021 Toyota Camry now so I’ll be making a video on that when I hit 15,000 miles!
