+Charlie Drummond but the tapping is quite simple, it's just outlining the chords notes in one string while using the pedal effect to change the guitar tone. But the chord sequence is amazing, i have to agree

They will never play it lived again. Matt voice change after The Resistance album. So, the key is too high for him. So, he had to preserve his voice.

Black holes and revelations album has for me the best instrumentals works of all Muse period. All Muse eras are absolutely awesome but BH&R tour was special.

Miguel Pereira for me it’s second best after OoS but pretty close. The live perfomance however was at it’s peak. This is why I’ve stopped listening to any concerts or albums of Muse after Resistance. And I’ve only listened to Resistance during the time it came out when i was mad about Muse and i had just read 1984.

You know what I love? How Matt shows that complexity means shit for a good song. How is it that alot of hardcore metal solos are really hard to play but show no emotion or don't have a good build up? I mean seriously, matt just fucking did some simple taps. Genious
Machine Head's Locust has a 100 second solo, just when you think it's ending, it goes harder.
Most of Nu Metal & Metalcore songs don't even have solo.
Moreover, Metalcore emphasize & prefer "Breakdown" more than "Solo" since like more than a decade ago.
I would suggest you to look into Syu, the lead guitarist & songwriter for Galneryus. He has a lot of great solos with emotion.

Galneryus is primarily a Power Metal band. I recommend you to look into these songs.

This is the song that literally jarred me into paying attention to this band..I was watching dumb videos on UA-cam and this was on Fuse tv...when the solo started I literally dropped my phone and stood up staring at the tv slavk jawed. I've been a hardcore fan ever since.

I saw them 3 times and every times they were perfect. They are true musicians. I'm more into metal but come on, Matt Bellamy is a genius. I mean, the band is awesome but him, damn he own every song he's playing, by his voice and by his guitar/piano skills. I'm a guitar player and this guy inspire me every time I'm playin.So yeah, I saw them 3 times and I will keep going to every show they will do in my country. This is art 👌

Thank you so much for this song Muse. I discovered it as a kid and rediscovered it when I really needed it. Invincible saved my life and if I'm still here that's because of that song. It gave me the strength to keep going because with this song I didn't feel invincible but almost. It gave me hope and I won against depression. This song is so beautiful and perfect to me. This message full of hope is what I needed and I'm glad it could help other people as well. Even now, when I have to go through bad days, I listen to it to give me strength. I hope we can hear it live again someday.

What I love to look at during a concert is at the band's feet: paper sheets of the songs, pedals, wires (cause I'm old enough to remember when everything was wired), that's the true essence of what they're doing. Saw them live in Italy back in 2001, and can't wait to see them again in July. If I'm dying the next day, I'm dying the happiest I'll be in my life! Nearly hope so!😂

It is not shame - it is called good taste. Good rock music has always been a niche product, that's what appeals the most to me, personally. When rock musicians become overly mass-oriented, like 30STM, they certainly trade their devoted fans for money and fame.
