I can't find this option in Word 2019, what replaced it or how do I add it?

I have the 365 from my University, but I can't find the Editor anywhere.
my refinements doesn't show up, they just show number how many there are but it doesn't show where and what.
On a Mac, I don't have that sidebar/ backstage view (Home, New, Open, etc.), so I cannot find the More button leading to options with all the options you have. Do you know how to get it? My Word version is 16.75
Maybe it's only available on Office365. I have Office 2021 and it doesn't show the option.

That option no longer there on my 365 subscription. Hence why I am here.
But there is not autofill word spelling drop down
I find the Editor in Word unusable. It misses misspelled words. It takes multiple clicks if you want to correct the word yourself. Most annoying, if I want to use the Editor just for a certain block of text, it will do that but automatically goes back to the beginning of the document and identifies words that I already told it to ignore. I have taken to going through my word documents manually and correcting one word at a time. It is faster and more accurate than the Editor. I wish Microsoft had left well enough alone...the previous spell checker was much more efficient and user-friendly than the Editor without the bells and whistles many of which I do not need.
I hate it.
It is annoying and gets in the way.
How do I disable it completely?
