So many signs that she's lying. 1) She talks about how she and David are "forever", basically saying that she's not over him and meaning that the accusation was a way to break him and his girlfriend up. 2) She said that there was an age limit of opening an investigation into child molestation. There are cases of this where children are newborns so there are no limits to age when it comes to this. And 3) The accusation just came about when David wanted to fight for equal custody rights.

There is no age limit into the police looking into kids being assaulted.
I guarantee they are the first to take the case.
There actually is a statute of limitations, depending on how old the kid is now and how long it’s been since the assault.
My family couldn’t do anything about my rape after a few years. They said it was “too late”.
Rape is very hard to prove; even with physical evidence it’s difficult because it can be confused with consensual sex.

idk the results because i haven't finished but i had to put this comment. my cousins kid got messed with by her ex and after taking him to the cops and talking to detectives and getting a therapist for him she was told that because he was 5 and had an imagination they wouldn't do anything about it until he turned 6, even though he told numerous people and not once did his story change. so i would absolutely believe that she might have been told that.

Actually, it is a part of child custody agreements to know the address of the other parent. My ex and I always had to keep that information updated for our time sharing.
