This was a lot of fun. I originally participated as a backup for this map so I was giddy to receive a part. Definitely wanted to use one of my angels for this in reference to the In Utero album cover. There was a specific part where I wanted to use Lam but settled on Oppenheimer since the palette better suited him. I love Nirvana and even honored the 30th anniversary of KC’s passing this year by dressing in a grunge outfit on campus. Since this map was meant to be experimental I went ALL OUT, the bubbles were a green screen of a page from a book I read a while back, I tried using clipping mask for the water reflection effect on Oppenheimer, as well as some other effects.
Overall, this one turned out pretty great.
Lithium was used as the process song.
