This was meant to be a video showing off how Rugal was and underrated character, when I quickly discovered that he really wasn't, he sucked. Lady Billy on the other hand was an unexpected surprise. Despite only being a gold character her long range and combo strings can keep enemies super frustrated if not dealt with. She was also insanely stylish and fun to use, so I'm a little surprised she isn't seen online more.
This will probably be the final KOF All Star video I'll do, as viewership has ranged from average to below expectations. Depending on input from viewers I might return to it one day, but as of right now I'm fine ending it like this. Lady Billy is one heck of a cap.
Final heads up if your curious, this video was recorded back in late August and was going to be released a bit after the boxing legends video, but the boxing legends video did worse than expected, so I planned on just cancelling it. But I figured there was no point letting the footage go to waste. So, I made a thumbnail and edited for posting. I haven't kept up with the game so I'm not sure when Dream Match will be available again.
