Edinburgh Showcase 2015: 'Diary of a Madman' by Living Pictures

Formed by Robert and Elen Bowman, Living Pictures is an ‘acting lab’ driven by an ongoing desire to find new and engaging ways to develop and perform theatre. The duo is committed to the development of other practitioners who share their curiosity about theatrical process.
Based on Gogol’s farcical short story of the same name, 'Diary of a Madman' resonates with present-day concerns about the escalation of mental health issues across our societies through a sensitive and meticulous study of human fragility.
