Three Years Without Social Media

- It's been a full three years since I stepped away from social media, both personally and for my small business. What has transpired over these last 1,095 days? How does the third year differ from the first? Have I decided to return or continue my "unplugged" journey?
I hope you can watch the entire video, but if not, here are the key bullet points:
PERSONAL:
-Relationships and friendships have flourished thanks to the added mystery and privacy.
-My mental and physical health have significantly improved, and -I no longer crave or miss social media.
-I have maintained control over my time; to me, screen time feels like a mortality clock.
-As a millennial, I remember life before social media's influence. It's paradoxical because younger generations may not long for a life without it, having never known anything else. While I don't use these apps anymore, others still do, reminding me that one truly can't go back.
PROFESSIONAL:
-Operations remain streamlined.
-Digital clutter has been completely cleared (accounts officially deleted instead of being dormant with a note), making way for deep business pursuits and clear direction.
-The focus has shifted to enhancing the website-a place for contemplation and support.
-Paying clients are not props for a popularity contest; they are the heart of F.A.C.E.
Love this. Miss you still! You are fantastic inspiration.
