Lol no, you two should check your facts. For VNL, they used their Team A on the latter stage of the tournament. Unfortunately, their Team B already messed up their chances for semis because of multiple losses from much weaker teams during the earlier part of the tournament. PS. Team A won all the matches since they started to play. For Olympics, I agree that the injury really messed up the team but that should not be an excuse for an underperformance considering that they still have other good players on the bench. They even beat Italy in straight sets without Zhu Ting.
@@markjavines8746 Yes Team B lost VNL 2021 so much BUT the reason was still Zhu, Yuan and Yan were already injured badly that they cannot afford making it worst in VNL...hoping to play well in Olympic. And Long Ping said after losing Olympic that Zhu's injury was more serious that she and the Team Medic expected. Anyway, it is history now. I looks forward to the recovery of Zhu and Zhang...

They are so dependent on their ace players like Serbia and Italy, so whenever their ace is not playing well or injured, most likely they will lose. USA and Brazil would still be my ideal team.

Japans height is their disadvantage no matter how good they are esp your opponent are good too and gifted with heights. How can you stop their attack when japans block is not there. But sometimes japan, their predictable wing centric play is what makes them easy to read.
