Si I have a doubt. Can we use 1 Deg draft for Inner Core/Core(Moving part) with the core depth of >150mm? And the material is Al-alloy.

Thanks for watching video. You should measure effectiveness besides efficiency, rejection would be 2% including off shot and rework should not allowed.
Effectiveness should be more than 85%

In our machine there is only one tall cylinder instead two cylinders of intensifier and accumulator ?

Hydraulic pump pressure same but hydraulic cylinder size change as machine tonnage increase.
