Ah Meg I feel the same with the whole weight loss thing! I say oh on Monday I’ll start but I just dread doing it, and right now I’m sat contemplating if I want to go to the gym! I would love a weight loss video hopefully it would motivate me too! I know the feeling of going into the changing room and just feeling horrendous when you try on the clothes! Hopefully we both achieve our goals soon!!

Try Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar, I have it 2 teaspoons in a pint of water. Helps suppress hunger and I have it in the morning and before bed (Drink with a straw though)
First time watching, very interesting. I take it all the hotel stays are paid for by the airline? Do you get an allowance for hotel drinks and meals too?
Yes all hotels are provided by the airline and yes we do get allowances for each trip added to our wages at the end of each month
There is a balcony in the gym at the hotel , that you can see the lights flicker on the tower Every hour.

I had no idea how much one "stone" weighs in kilogram. But I googled it. One stone = 6.35 kg.
