Trying to tell us Nicky Rod isn't on the juice, like come on dudes, he ragdolls Cyborg, who's the most juiced up guy ever it would be stupid not to give yourself every advantage you could in a sport where it's legal and almost incouraged to be juiced. The increased recovery after hard training every day is reason enough.
I found it interesting when Mo was asked on a adcc livestream to name a few athletes he 100% knew weren't on juice - he didn't name guys he lived in the same house with for over a year - Ethan Crelinsten / Nicky Ryan
Shoutout to Nicky for absolutely repping being natural in a sport where everyone is on gear. It’s genuinely inspiring for me as a young bjj competitor for showing what’s actually achievable if you take care of yourself and go hard as hell; big man claps sauce boys consistently - also just admitting Gordon is living the ancestral lifestyle is the funniest thing ever lmao like we all knew but I don’t know if these guys knew what it meant for THEM AS FORMER TEAMMATES to say this ⚙️
@@stevena8719 Gotta have faith in something, everything is faith when you boil down to it so I’ll just set myself up for disappointment and believe. As a culture we gotta at least try to change the sport ourselves by both not taking anything despite the Prisoners Dilemma of everybody doing it and being honest when we do and that’s the worst thing about Gordon imo is him just dodging the fact that his head has doubled in size and his shreddedness is absurd while Nicky at least passes an eye test
So Nicky just happens to be one of the biggest and arguably second best competitor in a sport where everyone else is juicing and there is no drug testing? PEDs are basically legal and encouraged in jiu jitsu, I don't understand why people are so obsessed with trying to convince everyone that they're natural There's no way someone gets into the sport, sees that all of their competitors are on gear, realizes that winning is the only thing keeping them from working for minimum wage in some shit job, and then says yes I must stay natural for my own integrity even though it's not against the rules of my sport
Y’all would never be in danger of consuming to much salt. At least 10g (10,000mg) of salt would be ideal. Stan Efferding is a great resource on the physiological benefits of sodium but it is super important for recovery and performance and most people nowadays under consume not over consume sodium.
Not to be that guy but if you’re going to buy a supplement you buy creatine monohydrate first! It’s the most scientifically proven supplement that helps with muscle growth, strength etc. You can get traces of it from food but it’s such a low amount. You should be taking creatine every single day, no matter what! Collagen also is extremely important for hair, skin, nail, etc. defiantly take it too for longevity in health and appearance. Protein powder you can just get from food, but what Nicky said is bang on-your body should have whole foods but it’s great to top off with a scoop or two a day. Too much protein powder per day will contribute to kidney stones-water is a good way to help prevent/filter kidney stones.. think of a sieve, as your kidneys, filtering powder. It can and will go through the little wholes but too much, with little liquids, will clog up, solidify over time and that’s essentially kidney stones. Painful MFs RIP to anyone who’s got them.
@@Locomoco50000 he can be on multiple compounds, why would he just be on GH? The stomach issues are consistent with oral anabolics, not ‘bad gh’, whatever that means
What most people dont understand is that Bjj is a sport of cardio. Like all day long cardio. There are guys that step on the ifbb stage that avoid cardio like the plague to stay jacked and only start doing it before the show to dial in conditioning. You cant do cardio all day long and have the physiques of the top bjj guys. Look back at the late 90s early 2000s guys. Why werent they so jacked? I was around in the 90s and 2000s, modern workout technology was around then. We all lifted
They were jacked... have you ever watched any old ADCCs Google Pablo Popovitch and Gregor Gracie... Monson... etc you have no idea what you're talking about
@@armedjoy3045 youre right some were. Arona comes to mind as well. It just seems like a way higher percentage is now and I believe its for recovery mostly
Obviously N rod is physically gifted, but saying he is juiced just of his physique/ athleticism? People forget they mostly see edited, pumped up, perfectly angled pictures with crazy lighting Not saying there’s no way he does it, but theres higher standards when talking natural muscle
The results of a drug test would be more believable. Dwayne Johnson was stacked at 15 years old. That doesn't have any relevance to his current obvious steroid usage. The same can be said for someone who goes from rather small to jacked. It's not the end all be all indicator of steroid usage or lack thereof.
You guys need guests from the gym, more characters to get interested in- and hearing BJJ technique is great but I’d rather hear like hypothetical dream matches- roger v Royce , or mme rickson w todays technology vs khabib
Crelinstein sitting there juiced to the gills like 👁️ 👁️
They all are lol
Make the pods longer
Ethan is so funny and articulate, he really carries this podcast 👍

You got good at podcasting really quickly.
Now please get headphones and a round table. ✌🏻

Started bjj a year ago got my first white belt tournament in Orlando February 11th but I’m in fort really hope I can show up tbh
love the early morning cooking set. But for real keep it up!!
Someday when I'll be dead I want to endlessly watch Nicky Ryan passing the guard.
I'm not joking.
you guys gotta work with nicky on the distorted mic usage
Am I the only one who misses the intro music? Put it after the ad reads!

exactly but Nicky rod is fucking natty?
Nicky rod should get testing from MPMD the way mattdoesfitness did, would make a huge statement

Nicky Rod isn’t natural hahaha
We have no idea who is natural or unnatural without legitimate drug testing. Everything is an assumption outside bio marker measurements.
@@stevena8719 that’s why they need to test them, in the meantime it’s legal

thank you for talking about this shit Nick fr breath of fresh air in a sport full of juiced out monsters
Definitely a better pod than the Golden hour.
Can’t wait to see you Nicky Rod at your seminar !
Question for you boys, where did you get the yeti nets from?
So Nicky just happens to be one of the biggest and arguably second best competitor in a sport where everyone else is juicing and there is no drug testing?

The kids. Steroids are cheating and using and bragging sets a bad example to the kids coming up in the sport. it's quite fucked up.
What’s that thing wrapped around the yeti jug called lol shit is cool
Y’all need to read.
So it's obvious that Gordon is on the juice, but I'm still trying to find out whether or not Nicky rod actually greases.
B-Team vibesss

The body needs minimum 1,500 milligrams of sodium daily.
31 UFC champions are wrestlers.
Im almost certain Gordon's stomach issues came from dirty GH. Change my mind.
Thats a solid conclusion. I cannot refute it at all.
I thought the one reply was gonna be gordon ryan 🤣
Oral steroids not gh
@maximillianreichel1748 Oral steroids don't make your head, neck and feet grow. He has/had stomach issues more common with dirty GH.
