Don't worry, the piglets aren't real. There's a behind the scenes video and it shows you how they made them. Really clever special effects.
The song is sung from the perspective of irresponsible people who are too lazy or stupid to use condoms but have an abortion. The video shows very clearly that Till wants to save the children from their parents here. But many go into the light. He then punishes such a mother with a head shot and takes one of the babies with him. The song is not against or pro abortion, but against this kind of people who knowingly accept it instead of not letting it get that far in the first place.
And of course, no animals are used or harmed. So stay relaxed and enjoy the humor.
I more interpret it from the perspective of someone who is reaping and lamenting the results of their own actions. More like "I wish I had aborted" because my life sucks so much. Putting all the blame on someone else (the kids) and not the lyrical "I." My life sucks because of me and my actions, but I'm going to keep blaming someone else
The song is a single provocation and that's what Lindemann loves the most

That bit of music at the end is a Praise Abort remix known as the "Drago Baotic Smooth version" its a really chill full instrumental thats like elevator music. I love it
Don't worry till would never be ok with animals being mistreated... He loves nature and animals.. he said that a couple of times... Even in the lyrics of Knebel he says "ich mag die Tieren, Menschen nicht so sehr" (I like the animals, people not so much)
Remember when it says to song is from "Lindemann" it is the two man project with Till and Peter. When a songs says it is from "Tlll Lindemann" it is Tills soloproject. Love your reactions.

Till Lindemann is divorced. He has 2 daughters and 1 grandson. Till is a loving father and grandfather...Till was actually only 22 when he had his first daughter and he spent the first 7 yrs as a single father before he was unable to take care of his daughter full time so then the mother began helping (not sure where she was or why Till had to raise his daughter himself?) with raising their daughter. I also read that with his second daughter from another woman after the divorce he also got custody of his 2nd daughter.
There have been rumors that he has 2 sons (and recently a woman he'd been dating had a baby girl rumoured to be his) but nothing has been confirmed..
Crazy vid, but I read that he's
referring to women that use abortion as birth control or just to get more money from the government..basically they are not really wanting kids they either get pregnant on purpose and see if the father will pay if not they just get an abortion or turn to the government for support.
He's actually speaking against abortion and remember no piglets were harmed in the making of the video 😁❤
The Praise abort performance on the Live at Moscow was very good and the heavy breakdown is great in the live version. Only digital pigs used in that as well.

Know that "Peter tätgren" is the other important musician behind this "Lindeman" collaboration.....
Peter is singer, multi musician and producer...helped bands with their music writing.
He has two bands "Pain" and "Hypocrisy" .....worth checking out
Till Lindemann is even more fucked up than rammstein 😂😂 but in a funny and good way. the pigmets were fake. They would never do that with real animals. Great reaction as always 😁👌
Whenever you run into a "weird" video from Till/Lindemann/Rammstein, it's usually from the strange mind of Zoran! Mein Tei!? Fish On? Praise Abort? All from Zoran.

You know how much I love Rammstein. They are my no.1 band ever, without even being able to compare them to anyone else. And they push the boundaries too, but in the way I love. Even the sexual songs that I am not a huge fan of and their (porn) video for song "Pu**y" or live performance of "Bück Dich" (that I am really curious how you will take, but many people don't take it really well) don't bother me because there is always a double meaning and some purpose in their songs, and above all their music is a perfection to me. There is maybe only one Rammstein song that I truly don't like and don't take well, but it's not because it is "too much" for me, but because the song annoys me. Anyway, when it comes to Lindemann it is different. He pushes the boundaries much more, often in unpleasant way, but above all musically it's not my cup of tea at all.
Till is a genius and I love him so very much, but as we know, all geniuses are twisted minded. Like you, Dominika, have said it before, they are wired differently.
Btw, a great following song for you to react to after this one would be Rammstein's "OK" from their latest album 😂 (although I am not sure how much people like it..... well, I know I do 😂)

From Lindemann I would suggest the live versions of Golden Shower, Fat and Ladyboy. There are no official clips but during the 2 first songs I mentioned there are video wall projections that could easily have become video clips.

I think the song is at least morally and ethically against abortion in the context of the responsibility of man and woman. It is also methaphorically represented quite drastically what abortion really means. Lindemann often uses the art form of exaggeration, in pictorial representation, this is a caricature of reality, as satire in the picture - an ancient art, with which thinking, independent people have always held up a mirror to the powerful and fellow citizens.
Even if the pictures disturb, they are nevertheless more honest and more authentic, than the medial illusory world........ which indoctrinates us and optimizes us to accept everything, in order not to have to think about it.
Sounds like the exact opposite to me.
The piglets he handled were latex made piglets. Very lifelike but they were not real. There is a making of this video where they show the piglet props. The only live real pigs were the ones walking through the corridor.
