Root cause of anxiety, insecurity and paranoia may exist or may be provoked by another such as via toxic comparison to emasculate for example, it depends on the individuals concerned and their ways of relating. It's not a healthy dynamic and usually based on poor comm. skills.

Thank you for this. So helpful and useful. Heuristic and insightful. Relevant, and clear and concise. Loved it.
    Thanks for the tips:-
Regard, Reward, Respect, Risk & Relatable = Desire.
Core values, Conflict resolution, Counter balance, Change and growth & Common interests = Sustainability.
I have looked at your site for coaching two factors cost and waiting list present an issue of access for me. I understand that you have a textbook pending publication, but do you have a workbook suitable for individuals looking for coaching that I could purchase and work through on my own? And books you would recommend reading? Has a release date for your own book been set yet? The Lighthouse was mentioned. I have read a few of Estelle's books - Mating in Captivity.

Shyamala thanks for the comment! We're working to open up Online Group Coaching, which will have a bit of a lower price point (still a 12-week program). Next year, we'll likely have our book releases that will be something affordable and easy to read on your own.
