What if they just replaced Storybook Sonic with Mania Sonic? It would be quick and easy as there is a Sonic replaces Mighty mods already around, and he's a different style from all the others already.

The Sonic version of Ray is much better than the movie
This is an interesting mod but what I find most fascinating is the music as it's such a strange mishmash of Genesis Remixes of various game osts, or just songs from those OSTs. Like the one song from the Hard Bolied Heavies Cutscenes is a song from Yakuza 0, the miniboss theme is the trainer battle theme from Pokémon Uranium specifically I think BlastProcessed's remix of it, there's a song from Sonic Forces that I think is just the original song, & all the other Genesis songs sound like they're coming from BlastProcessed's remixes with the exception of the Fist Bump one, which I think is the one Tee Lopes made but it could also be Blast Processed.
Edit: Correction all of the Genesis Remixes in this video come from BlastProcessed, except for the Yakuza 0 song, that's just the original song.
