- What's up guys! Today I'm back with another Sonic Mania video after a while, but it's showcasing all (well most of, I didn't get every color for every character) of the color changing glitches in Sonic Mania!

If anyones wondering why Blue Super Sonic isn’t losing rings, it’s because when Sonic turned into Super Sonic, the Super animation was interrupted and while Sonic is transforming you have a few seconds that Sonic is blue until he turns yellow so in between those 2 frames you get super sonic and normal sonic combined

The Dark Tails palette glitch makes me think of that being what skunk Mobians could look like.
This is the easiest way to get black super characters (unless sonic):
Put the S monitor behind or previous the glitch monitor (idk their name)
When glitch monitor turn to other character you want to turn black, break 2 monitors fast

But tho what's the cause of the other characters going dark except for sonic, and I had some ideas:
A. Sega knew about this glitch and wanted to torture us fans by seeing there fa orite transformation dark super sonic unobtainable when we had the chance
B. The other characters were mad about sonic having a unique super forme and made a glitch so they can transforme into the fan favorite dark super transformation
C. It's because about something when sonic changes into the color yellow happens with the other characters and glitch theire color palet into black

Lol yeah. I wouldn't recommend playing Sonic 3&k if you have trouble with that sadly.
For black characters,super normal sonic (which looks like normal) and pink tails I have other method: 2(3) S monitors and one Swap(character swap)Monitor. Just spindash into them and all.

Lol, with Pink/Dark Tailses, and Dark Ray methods, we can literlly do random recolors of main 5 in the game :D
Blue hyper sonic works for every level that HAS a diagonal spring if the level doesnt sucks for you you cant use the other springs

@@babsicle6575 Maybe? I think the level can let you spawn it, BUT, it has to maybe have red diagonal springs or it wont work(?)

The screen froze me on a Chick-fil-A ad...😮 Also every time I click on it again, it replays the ad! If I have to keep watching it, I will become hungry for some chicken...

I made a glitch about invincible sonic it’s about supersonic in his original form
7:10 you can do a similar glitch in sonic 2, where if you smash and S monitor then go into debug mode before transforming, you will turn into yellow sonic

Normally, in sonic 3 the hyper form color is switching pink to yellow to blue to red... But sonic mania has a different color tone (5:36:

For anyone who doesn't get the reference, Sonic 2 has a color glitch popularly known as "Ashura", and there are two comic characters whose appearance was inspired by this : Scourge and Surge. (And I'm just noticing now that their names sound similar; I wonder if that was intentional.)

Yeah, it was intentional. Plus, Kit and Starline are also based on glitches, those being: Blue Tails from S3&K, and Wechnia fron Knuckles Chaotix, respectively.

Try pressing and holding it the second before the cutscene starts

I don't get pink tails, or blue super sonic, or dark sonic! Just Overpowered tails, Knuckles, Mighty and Ray. And I Got Dark tails, dark knuckles, dark mighty, and dark ray.
You can only get Dark Sonic if you do a glitch to get to Angel Island Zone, and pink tails is hard to get, but there's a method to get blue super sonic

Put an S box, then a character switch one, and spindash into them when it lands on tails, but you can't be tails while doing it. Also pause it to help land on tails.

Yeah I just couldn't remember how to get all of the dark characters at the moment, but I have a video with all of them out now, excluding sonic, but that one's coming soon.

Hyper Sonic is only 5 colors pink, white, lime, and other colors not turquoise.
He's seven colors, all the colors of the super emeralds, and one of them is cyan, and turquoise was the closest thing to cyan I could get. But maybe only 5 colors appear in Sonic 3&k
that isn't hyper sonic, it's just grey super sonic.
I know I just call it that
