4X World Strongest Man Brian Shaw recently came to Sin City for a few days. One of his bucket list item was to train with 4X Mr. O Jay Cutler. Well, he got to do just that! They met at Fit Club LV after hours and let it rip for a cool arm training session where Jay gave him some of his best tips and pointers. Yep its the respect they give each other. Becouse people clas big men are bodybuilders but our training is so different my jym is for strong man bodybuilders abd powerlifting and we all help each other Jay will intensely listen to him whith lots ove points and questions class

I love the way Brian and Jay’s energy play with each other. As funny as screaming and lifting heavy is, this video is just so chill, seeing two legends with nothing to prove just working out and learning from each other.
I kinda saw Jay get a crazy look in his eye watching Brian perform a front double bicep. Brian needs to watch out when he retires cause Jay might be on his ass trying to get him to lean down. He’ll probably have the biggest forearms and back in body building.

I mean Jay ain't exactly a small guy (probably never will be), but holy cow, everything looks warped in Brian's hands. 45plates look like 10s. Barbells look like sticks. Like a parent in a toy kitchen. Just adds comedic flavor and awe at how someone can be so freaking huge.
Also, what makes this vid so amazing is they seem to complement each other / work together very well. Watched some content with Shaw and he just seems as wholesome and down to earth as Cutler.

The world strongest man and the best bodybuilder of all time... an awesome video, so inspiring! And I say this about Jay because I look also the man, non only the athlete. I love his willingness to win, his never give up attitude, his hard work in the gym. He fought against a genetic monster and lost many times but he was never discouraged till he finally won. And after winning two times he lost the title but again he came back stronger than ever and won two other times. Nobody did this in the history of Mr. Olympia.

Jay... "ever see anyone TOO BIG for the hammer curl machine?" LMAO! That was hilarious. Brian man.... YOOGE! Interesting to see and learn the differences of HOW to move through the lifts when comparing the two styles of strength training.
While I've always focused on full range of motion, and the negatives... using a 2 count contraction and a 3-4 count negative... I can see Jay's point on shortening the movements so you still feel a good contraction. Makes sense.
