Did you ever do the follow up video? Also I have the Belmint home sleek home massager that is the same is the shisitsu you reviewed. Which do you like better?
Have you tried flipping it so that the on/off switch is on the other side? I’m curious to know if the pulsing continues to go up despite orientation or if it’s designed to travel the same direction depending on how they are worn. So by flipping them maybe the pulsing would travel towards your shoulders instead of up. Please let me know what the results are!

Yours seems to be missing the pads that goes along with the others I’ve seen. Also, when I had pretty bad neck sprain my level was that first one because my nerves were so sensitive.

Do you think It can be placed on the thigh or on the calf for a leg massage? I imagine It would fit fine for the leg has circumferences similar to the neck.

Your supposed to moisten area on neck diodes rest on.
Considering getting this - lifted a boxed office chair above my head like I was the hulk and feel like I pulled or something so it’s causing a Lower headache in the back of my skull. Think this would help? It’s really not cool having the headache.

i bought a neck zen pro for my neighbour who suffers from pain in back and neck
Luckily i tried it first - the instructions are so difficult to understand - there is no real guide how to turn on
there is an “on” switch and an on button
i assume the on switch is correct but no light comes on to indicate where you are in program
there are apparently three settings i assume that is is you toggle the mode button but no light showed where we were in the cycle
i tried the neck zen and immediately took it off - the sensation of prickling electricity was not pleasant at all and i discovered that this wa sonly level two - apparently there are 16 levels
sent an email discussing this and still no reply / apology / assistance
very unhappy and so glad did not test on my elderly neighbour
there may be according to images two pads missing if the neck zen has pads for the oval metal disks
