Following my plans and risk management was one of my biggest problems too. But I think I have overcome it, for following my plan, I set strict rules for myself, that way my emotions are always in check and anytime I feel like I'm overwhelming my brain, I leave the chart for sometime and come back when I'm ready. Then for my risk management, I reduce my number of trade set ups that way, I can improve my focus. It was difficult to follow but it started becoming easier. Maybe you can try it out too it must not be exactly how I did mine. I also have the problem of journaling my trade. Gosh, that stuff is stress on its own but what I always do to replace that is to go through my past trades at the end of every week/month and try to find out what I would have done better with my strategy. But nice goal I love how you you will try to start journalling from 2025
