Piston rings, smoke, oil seeping on to the pistons and walls. Also, headlights use vacuum. All rubber has a 7 year shelf life. So, replace all the vacuum lines, would be I would do.
Black cheery beauty. Even though they were underpowered, they still had great body lines unlike the mid 80's. Great candidate for an engine rebuild down the road and coax another 30-60 HP out of it. Verdict-nice entry level 4 sp. Vette for the price.
Aw man!! My wife and I have been wanting one of these. And this is a nice one. But I literally just bought her a motorcycle for about the same price.. so we’ll have to wait for the next deal. 😢
You guys have great cars and most are priced fair. This old girl is on the high side. Definitely a possibility of birdcage rust and that's a huge project in itself. Good look with the sell
True, there were some 'one year only' items on 77s. However, it needs some trim work and a bit of powertrain freshen up. Change complete clutch assy + bearing, freshen valve stem seals. See if the undercarriage rust can be addressed, too.
dad hadd a chocolate brown 75 and my stepmother bitched and carried on until dad bought her one hers HAD HAD HAD to green (dark) wth silver interior. they do not come like that you could not get it like that.. i think they bought a silver car and painted it green.... i ont know all i know is she allways got what she wanted
Hopefully a car like this is waiting for me at the Pearly Gates 😇 meanwhile I'm stuck in a recession down here on planet earth 😡 I hope president Trump can turn it around
That clutch noise could be the throw out bearing.😊
It is

Looks pretty purple to me, nice ride, fair price
The smoke was probably from the valve seals from sitting .once you start driving it it burns off.
As a 77 vette owner this is in great condition at a good price whoever snags this will be happy

Love the color. That's it though. But, I couldn't afford a bicycle right now!

77s can be tricky to work on allot of one year items. But for $12k can't go too wrong.

In 1977 the Corvette had 2 different 350 engines there was the standard L-48 and the upgraded L-82 usually the hood has a designation on it
beautiful car Mr Nik i think it would be interesting to tell the folks that may not know what that key lock on the driver fender does...
Love the color and that its a 4-speed. Needs minor tinkering and odds nothing to difficult for a 47 year old beauty
Colors almost candy grape!..love it ✌️😎👍
Perfect starter Car. For somebody that wants to drive a classic. A real good looker
Nick always enjoy your video telling about the cars. This makes you think about the cars alsoas you tell about the cars Thanks. 😊
That color is great on that vetter. Fair price.
I would like to see the underside of this Vette! Mainly around the torque boxes!
Is that frame rotted? Thats a lot of extra work to replace the frame.
Love the color 💜💜
May want to address what appears to be break fluid covering the inner passenger rear tire.
I would be interested around 10500 to much needs done for 13k
Ship that to my house 10 grand cash
Don't suppose you got that car from an estate auction did you, just curious. Maybe I'm seeing a glitch in the matrix.
Very nice for the money and a four speed car
Throw out bearing and looks like you got a leaky brake cylinder on right rear.
Smooth ride, Nick. Check for chips, dents, scratches, et.cetra.
Forgot to say nice Vette.😊
Classic.
Hey, it's Barney purple
Is that a blue seat belt . 😂 still a nicer vette.
