Thanks for the overview, because I'm still learning, When you were demonstrating how you can add to a word to get a high point value, you went through it so fast that it was hard for me to see how all the points were added up. It would have made a big difference if when you added the letters to stop and highlight the words to see how the numbers were added.

Really great to learn these simple effective tips. I'm still unsure about scoring. If my opponent plays a TW word and I add s, do I get ALL my opponent's score (ie TW score) plus my 's'?
or do I just get the FACE VALUE of the tiles they played?

Face value. Bonus tiles are only used once
Over 100 point word, wow most points I've received for one word was 64..your like a word wizard ;) thanks for the tips!!

So true on the start play with the left hand double word. Play gets screwed up when people start on the right.

how do I use a different name other than my real name
When you played SPIGOTS you messed up. Shoulda put the blank tile at the top and used the S tile at the bottom on the triple letter score. You essentially tripled a zero point tile for no reason.
Does anyone think if you constantly swap ot pass you are setting a pattern the game will "punish" you for?

I love this game and mainly I like swap and search word there is only one thing that you recently started putting the solo games on top of the page and I have accidentally touch it like 3 times and I cost me 25 coins all three times AND I NEVER POST THE EXTRA 25 POINTS BECAUSE YOU CAN NEVER EARN THAT MUCH FROM THE SOLO GAMES!!!!!! So PLEASE remove that from the main screen and put it back on the rotating screen at the very too with quick play and lightning right now its in my darn way and out totally upsets me when you take my coins by mistake because I Like tooooo spend my money on swaps thank you!

the reason WWF is so popular is not because you can play at your own speed, it's because you don't actually have to know any words. you can try any combination of letters to see if it will work

just google "words with friends cheat board wwf" and you get the best words with friends cheat every. You can input the whole board and cheat the whole game.

I disagree with resigning because you're getting smoked. You opponent deserves the right to see how high of a score they could achieve. Don't be a quitter, it's poor sportsmanship. My brother killed me in a game and he was so proud of his 538 points. It would have been wrong of me to quit when he was on a roll.

Two things: I play for average as well as wins and losses. So resigning is out of the question. Also, why keep I list of game wins against opponents? Isn't it tracked for us?

This game just seems like an exercise in getting past Scrabble copyright, by following very similar rules, but creating this different, perfectly contradictory board layout, which is a nightmare to strategise, that causes anxiety when you play it, ending up having a very uncomfortable experience whilst playing. Game should not exist basically..
