Here's a recipe I think you guys would love: Cornbread-Chili Casserole. You could make your own cornbread topping or use a mix, like in the recipe if you can find some over there. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 medium onion, chopped 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef 1 1/2 cups mild salsa (medium or hot if preferred) One 12-ounce bag frozen whole-kernel corn, thawed 1/4 cup vegetable broth 2 tablespoons hot Mexican chili powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin Salt and freshly ground black pepper Three 8-ounce boxes cornbread muffin mix (Jiffy preferred) 1 1/2 cups whole milk 1 cup shredded Cheddar (about 4 ounces) 1/4 cup sour cream Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil until shimmering, about 2 minutes. Add the onion and saute until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the ground beef to the onion and saute, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain off any excess fat. Stir in the salsa, corn, vegetable broth, chili powder, cumin, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Transfer the mixture into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish, smoothing into an even layer. In a large bowl, mix together the corn muffin mix with about 1 1/2 cups milk, or just enough to make it easy to spread. Spread it thinly over the chili mixture. Bake until browned to top, 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside for 10 minutes to allow the casserole to set. Top with the Cheddar and sour cream before serving.
There’s not just hamburger helper but chicken and tuna helper’s plus you can use pork too if you don’t have any chicken. And I love adding veggies to it. One skillet meals are good for busy family’s for dinner sometime. I like cheesy enchilada hamburger helper and beef stroganoff and I believe there’s a chicken teriyaki hamburger helper too

It's great to see you guys having some food you really like! Especially after getting moldy/stale pastries! Hamburger Helper is definitely a childhood favorite here, especially comforting on a cold winter day! I've never had Rubicon Mango, but I mangoes are definitely one of the best fruits! We used to have an amazing Thai restaurant at Winchester Bay with the best Thai food I've ever had, and their mango with sticky rice was beyond incredible! The physical torture of the water drops would be agonizing, but the sound of a screaming baby is beyond torture!
Literally can't go wrong with hamburger helper. Add ins make them better. With that type, id add chopped bell pepper 🫑, onion🧅, garlic 🧄, & cheese🧀. It's really nice with soft buttered bread too.
Quick, simple, and cheap. I did a lot of Hamburger Helper back in the day when I was married. It was all we could really afford because she spent everything. But I digress. I always added stuff to Hamburger Helper. I would cook corn in with it a lot, or after cooking, add hot sauce, lots of coarse ground black pepper, and a few other things. It's kind of an "square one" food that you can eat as-is or add just about anything you like to it. However, I put on 30 pounds eating that stuff every night.
Don't worry about it, I've put pounds on over this mukbang channel 😅 easy done! Yep agree though, it's delicious 😋 and I'm a sucker for putting shit loads of black pepper on everything 😄
I only remember having hamburger helper a few times growing up and it was the cheeseburger one. But I do remember it being delicious! And we would make easy stroganoff but with onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup. But even though I can make stroganoff from scratch now I still make the easy version sometimes. And when I go down the hamburger helper aisle I get the urge to load my cart with it. And I haven’t heard Joe call anything crap lately but I also haven’t heard Max say “you know what my problem with this is?”!
So when I started watching your videos, no matter what they were about, there was always one thing that cracked me up. I don't hear it anymore. It was when tissue boy would say, heeeer ya go. 😅 I even think you should put it on a shirt.
I like the potatoes stroganoff version, and add sliced mushrooms, chopped onions, and often some frozen mixed vegetables. With a garden salad side and some great bread (your choice)... YUM!
I worked in a factory while in high school. Was nice I got to leave school an hour or so early to go to work. Started at $10 an hour this was around 25 years ago within a year it was $15. Tubing mostly we built parts for Cummins and a bunch of other stuff there was stuff for GE we built railings for military ships, hospital bedframes, parts for sprinklers and faucets and water fountains, drains all sorts of shit. We had a contract with one of the military contractors assuming it was something for bombs I don't know but when we built them they had an inspector that watched over us and inspected each piece as we made them.
Tapatio is the best. Hamburger helper is a classic american struggle meal. I have fond memories of it as a young working class lad haha. You should try on-cor Salisbury steak if you can get it there. It comes frozen and usually eaten with mashed potatos and corn
I used to modify hamburger helper all the time... My favorite was the cheesey enchilada flavor... I would use cream instead of milk, and cook the hamburger with a pack of Lipton onion soup mix, then serve it in a warm flour tortilla with shredded cheese, sour cream, and a taco sauce/hot sauce/salsa of your choice... Was so good... But I can't eat like that anymore

Tapwateeo 🤣 - Joe's pronunciation was a bit exaggerated, but mostly correct (in case you're wondering). Don't know what Rubicon is. I don't know if we have any of that over here. Sounds nice though. Surprised you were allowed to work like that at 16. We have a lot of limitations how much and when kids are allowed to work. omg... The WYR. The first one is actually known as "Chinese water torture". Where water is slowly dripped onto scalp or forehead for a long time. Eventually, it starts causing severe mental stress. Plus, have you tried sleeping in a wet bed... sucks ass. I'd have to go with the baby. Maybe some ear plugs would quiet it enough. Either one is basically a nightmare and you're not going to be getting much, if any, sleep. Which, eventually would cause your body to start shutting down. Basically a death sentence in a really horrible way. I never had much of the hamburger helper, manwhich type stuff when I was a kid. My mom mostly cooked. I can try and think of something easy you guys could try though. Fun video guys!

I would take the drip. I slept and trained in the rain many times during my time in the Army. I was in the infantry, they didn't give us tents like all the other non combat units in my division. All the people in the non combat or not infantry got tents, and toilets. We got a poncho and an E tool to dig holes. So yes I would take the drip. In the Army when I walked to the barber on the base to get my high and tight, they didn't wash our hair after they shaved it, it's the military, on a military base, this wasn't some civilian salon. You left and went back home to wash your head, so I would wash my hair like a half hour later.
