The instruments are made from bamboos from bamboo trees. We call those bamboo instruments and the type if music is called bamboo band. The music sounds come out of hiting the bamboos with flat object like a slipper and sounds come out which are tuned according to the keys just like normal guitars etc. Goes well with piano or keyboard sound.
