This remionds me of the new Motel 6 concept that strated in 2020. Motel 6 is also owned by Hilton as of 2012. Hilton Kept Motel 6 as its own brand and was also owned Blackstone which was also a big player in Hilton. I work for Hilton These with my discount would cost me 34.00 Hampton Inn 35.00 Embassy Suits 45.00 Homewood Suits 40.00 etc.
Really nice, minimalist rooms, but functional. The breakfast is nice, and the Gym. Very clean.

Definitely a good affordable hotel for single people especially. You really don't need all that space to pay for more.
