I don’t know the laws in the us, but in most countries a professional fighter can’t fight outside the ring. In case someone gets hurt it’s an aggravating circumstance and qualifies same as an attack with the use of weapon (armed assault).

Of course it is a laced question - rhetoric. Not quite trolling though; but the western boxing industry is not big on pragmatic methods of boxing - which is the Klitschko's brothers' style.
