Needed to remove 1000 sqft of ceramic tile when I got the notion that there had to be a better way than hammer & chisel. Pulled up the 'Tube' and low & behold your video popped up. Saw you use the Bulldog and decided to get myself one. Ordered same day as I saw your video (Monday). Tool was delivered by Amazon on Tuesday. Started my demo around 2pm and here it is Thursday and the job is complete. THERE IS NO WAY I'D BE DONE WITH MY FIRST ROOM had I not seen your tip. Manually, I was averaging 1-2 rows of about 16 tiles each row over the course of a few hours. This is not a joke, with the tool I was able to complete a full room in less than an hour. The only task that caused the job to take longer was the need to clean & dump tiles as I went along. Thank you more than I can type for making this video.
So happy I was able to help and save you some time! Honestly I was doing the old school sweat equity method and luckily I had an awesome subscriber recommend this, and it has saved my hands immensely! I have carpal tunnel so this helped out a lot! Thank you so much for watching and I’m glad you got your project running smoothly! 👍🏽😊🙏🏽
Excellent video! I love that you showed the removal in real time before speeding it up. It is always such a bummer when you start a project expecting it to be faster than it is. I think I'm ready to jump in! Thank you!
Hey man just found your channel and have been binging the videos. Just wanted to tell you to keep going! I know next to nothing about home repairs and I'm learning a lot from your videos.
Thanks for putting up this video. I was just going to get a chisel and hammer it. We are talking many rooms 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Now Im might just buy this or Milwaukee one. Since those are my tool brand. I ll see how it all priced.
Just saw one of your other vids and did read that comment left by another person. I am glad you got that chipper gun which will save you a ton of time. A new subscriber and good luck!I
I bought a Vevor jackhammer for $165 last week. A rental would have cost me $150 for 4 hours. The jackhammer arrived yesterday with two bits, gloves, oil, mask, and safety goggles. It must weigh around 60 pounds. It took up my whole double layer tile kitchen floor in 20 minutes. The jackhammer would not be practicle for walls or ceilings due to the weight. However, for floors it was great because it would lift up big sections of the tile floor without breaking it into small bits. I have tried the Bosh before, but it made too big of a mess.
The only thing I noticed is when you were drilling through those two 2x4s, And how long the process took to penetrate both. Wondering if that has to do with RPMs. I would think faster RPMs would drive that through faster and of course depending on the bit as well..
Hi! It depends. I’m not very strong and I have carpal tunnel issues. This tool helps out a lot given the vibration but that can be reduced using anti-vibration gloves. Using a 42” prybar also helps 🙏🏽

I found the tiles come up earlier if you go around and give the area a few taps with a hammer, it helps break the glue bond 😊😊
It took long to drill through the wood because you had the wrong type of drill bit on it. Next time use a bit made for drilling through lumber
Nice video, I have multiple floors with old tiny little tiles and after watching you, I am like.. I really dont want to do this lol 😆
You are removing the exact tiles i was planning to install 😮
They were so beautiful ... Why

Been using the Bosch Bull Dog for years. Great tool to have
I agree! 👍🏽😊
Very cool for you to review this tool.
Thank you! 🙏🏽😊
Great video, I will never ever DIY this again. This is worth paying a professional to do
Can you use this with tile placed on wood subfloors or is it only good for concrete?
Yes 👍🏽
Can this be used to remove tile on wood subfloors also?
Yes 👍🏽

Use the hammer drill for wood, too. Faster
Could you please let me know the configuration of this machine 😊
hammer time!!!
Can’t touch this!
If i am using this do I have use a grind remover?
Bro I have that same tile in 2 bathrooms lol. Did one already, gotta do the other and I'm not looking forward to it
And for wall tiles?
Should be able to handle them as well 👍🏽😊
Would it be faster to use a heavy hammer

"Make your job easily" lol
Your don’t drill wood with a carbide tip drill 😂
I don't think that was a wood bit...
